In arriving at this unit we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was more beautiful then the listing can show. The pictures are...."what you see is what you get" proof that the unit is wonderful, BUT on top of that, it's so well kept, etc...there is really no wear or tear. We had 4 children with us and there was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. There is a stash of games and videos to keep everyone busy during down time when everyone is burnt out or during a rain storm. Since this is an end unit, the offers more than enough space for a family football game, bean bag toss or my boys favorite; catch. There is a screened in patio with patio table, chairs and grill. We didn't grill as we don't like the charcoal type grills. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and the essential countertop appliances so you can plan to cook in just about anything. Surprisingly, we were supplied with enough garbage bags, papertowels, dish rags and towels, dishwasher tablets and soap....so what we brought along we just took back home. The laundry area is conventiently tucked away in the kitchen and is fabulous. Ample towels are supplied for each bathroom and the towels aren't the cheap type. Don't pack a blow dryer, one is supplied. So much to do in the area a week just wasn't enough. We frequented the two pools of the resort...kids loved them. Rented golf carts for the week, fun! So much to see and do I can't even begin...just get out there and have a blast. Hope everyone enjoys it as much as we did. Can't wait to go back again, we love Myrtle Beach!!!! Thank you to the owners for having such a wonderful unit in a beautiful area.

My wife and I stayed here in June 2011 - the house is just as described in the comments and pictures - communication with Tracy throughout was great. The house was very quiet and relaxing, the screened in porch is a real asset especially during those all-too-common mid-afternoon downpours in Myrtle. Everything was clean and in working order, the pool is a very short walk from the front door and the amenities of Barefoot Landing are just minutes away. If I decide next year to stay in North Myrtle over downtown Myrtle I will be staying here, for sure! Thanks Tracy!

My husband and I stayed at this property and it was absolutely wonderful! It was everything we wanted it to be. We would defnitely return to this property.

2-16 Sept 09. Beautiful house well furnished and so close to the large pool. Would stay again if in the area. Tracy was superb and always helpful.

We stayed here in June 2009 and it exceeded our expectations. It is bigger than the pictures portray. It was VERY clean, the towels were nice, the beds were great. Great resort with everything you need.

Nicest rental we have ever stayed at. The furniture is quality, and the king sized beds are better than we have at home! Just a beautiful home, far enough away from the main road to relax, but only minutes to everywhere we wanted to go. We would love to stay in a cooler month to take advantage of the gas fireplace. We also went to a Pelicans game! Thanks, Tracy!

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 5 golfers. Nicely decorated and well stocked. Convienent to everything. We will deinately stay again when we vacation in Myrtle Beach

This was my second stay at this townhome and it was great once again. Dealing with Tracy is very easy and the property is perfect. I look forward to staying there on my next trip to Myrtle.

Just spent 8 days in this unit. Was extremely nice and the location is great. It is easy to get around MB from this location and the shuttle that runs to the shoppes and beach makes things even more convenient. Great owners...easy to work with and everything was handled as promised! I will definitely be back next year!
