New sod and sandy beach area. "All Sports" 10,130 acre Black Lake has the best fishing and water sports as well as snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing close by. In the summer, you can walk out 200 feet from Condo and still be in shallow water with a sandy bottom or use our four person Paddle Boat for sightseeing and fun. 35 minutes to Mackinaw City, fifteen minutes to Cheboygan or Onaway and minutes to UAW Resort with premier public golf. Sleeps six to eight comfortably.
