  We walked in to the Unit and as we walked toward the living room we were overcome by the view of the beach and gulf. Oh my gosh! Beautiful! Nothing to block the view. The condo was EXTREMELY CLEAN and furnished with more than we imagined: every cooking utensil, pots, pans, containers, toaster, coffee maker, blender and more! There was even an ice bucket, martini shaker & glasses, and palm tree themed glasses. We brought our own travel scrabble game and binoculars, which we can leave at home next time, because there was a drawer full of games including a regular size scrabble and a small pair of binoculars in the desk. There was an extra oscillating fan in the bedroom closet which is such a great idea to have available. Great idea! The washer and dryer in the unit was wonderful and they even provided 2 boxes of detergent. Another great idea was the vacuum, broom and dust pan so we could sweep up any sand we happened to drag in. The WIFI worked perfect every time and without any glitches. Thank you for providing! I loved the simple yet classy way all the rooms were decorated, especially the white almost clapboard like theme on the bedroom & living room furniture and the sliding doors to the lanai to provide privacy. My husband and I loved to sit on the screened lanai day or night. One night we watched two lightening storms over the gulf. It is extremely simple to rent bicycles from Ocean's Reach which to us was a big plus factor! We just went to the office and we could rent by the day or by the week. We rented for our full trip so we could take a bike ride whenever we wanted and with the assigned carport, we just parked them when not in use. As well as the assigned carport, there are carts available to move luggage, etc to/from your car to your room as well as a locked storage area that goes with each unit. The storage area had beach chairs, a styrofoam cooler, toys, buckets and shovels for sand castle building, flotation noodles, shelling nets. You can also rent umbrella's from the office. If you purchase a beach umbrella, make sure it is sturdy because the winds blow the lighter weight umbrella's inside out. We were extremely pleased with this Unit and cannot wait to return!

  Thank you so much for sharing your 1 bdrm 2x2 with us. Sept. 8-15. It was everything that you pictured and more. We arrived a day late and the people at the front desk, set us up with the coupon book, so we could use it that sunday night when we got in late, and they were very helpful. We had a wonderful visit, and perfect weather. Your condo was fully equipped with all the extras. and really appreciated the storage unit, with the chairs to take down to the beach. which is steps away. My favorite part of this unit, is being able to sit on the loveseat and just gaze out at the ocean. and then you have the pool, really close as well. Again, thank you for sharing your home with us. We had an awesome trip!! Hope to be back next year!

  We spent the most relaxing and enjoyable 30th Anniversary at this lovely condo. It was clean, well appointed, quiet, exactly as described and directly in front of the ocean. We could not have asked for anything more and we hope to return next year. Thank you!!!

  Couldn't have asked for a better place! Everything you need is there! The owners thought of it all! Great view, excellent parking & storage, beautifully decorated & very comfortable! Sanibel Island is just gorgeous! Shells galore, so much to do, beautiful sunsets & sunrise...the beach at the Lighthouse is a must see! Thank you so much for allowing us to visit your place, we will definitely return, only next time, we will plan on staying longer!

  Hi John and Christine, We are here at your condo and truly enjoying the whole experience. This is our first time staying at Sanibel Island and beach front to boot. We are relishing every moment of everything your condo has to offer as well as that of Sanibel beach. Your condo is excellent: clean, organized, not clutter and furnished just right.   I got married in front of Ocean's Reach in January 2007 and stayed in 2x2. I absolutely loved this condo; oh yeah, and Sanibel! The condo was so clean, tastefully decorated, and everything seemed brand new. You had all of the comforts of home right there which helped ease the pre wedding jitters. None of the condos my guests rented compared to yours. Thank you for making your condo a part of my fairy tale and my husband and I plan to stay there for many anniversaries to come!
