Located in the Palmetto Dunes gated community, our bright and sunny villa, located in the Moorings, is a two minute walk to the beach or 30 seconds to the private pool. We are less than a five minute walk from the world renowned Palmetto Dunes tennis complex and the Robert Trent golf course, Alexander’s Restaurant, the General Store as well as Fish Creek Landing for bike and canoe rentals. The Performing Arts Center and Shelter Cove Harbor with its many shops, restaurants, charter fishing, kayaking and sailing excursions is less than a one mile walk. You will love the convenience of being able to come and go from the beach and being close to everything!
The villa has two master suites and three full bathrooms. One suite has a king sized bed, a flat screen cable television,telephone, a bathroom with a separate spacious vanity area and a balcony to relax and sit. The second bedroom has two full size beds, cable television and a private balcony with chairs completes the suite.
Our remodeled kitchen is fully equipped with built in microwave, ice-maker refrigerator, dishwasher, range, cookware, and utensils. The lovely dining area easily accommodates six guests.
The spacious living room with a queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, cable television with a VCR/DVD player is a welcome retreat after a day of golf or fun in the sun activities. There is a third full size bathroom with a washer and dryer off the main hallway. This is the perfect vacation place for families and friends.
