Family home atmosphere, with lots of charm. Beautifully furnished. Updated through-out. Front door parking, gated community with security. Sliding glass doors from living area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has California King, guest room has twin beds. We have a large sofa, but it is not a sleeper sofa. Our patio faces the beautiful new swimming pool with kiddie pool, hot tub and pool side bath house. Our patio is only a few steps from the pool area and the beach!
Shorewood is a lovely landscaped oceanfront property. One that can not be easily forgotten! You will look forward to returning again and again. Many have chosen to make Shorewood 419 a summer tradition. This is our second home and we enjoy sharing it and taking the time to be sure each guest has a wonderful vacation. It's the perfect place for your family vacation, a guys golf week or a girls vacation. Close and convenient to everything. Beach, pool, Tikki Hut, shopping,Sea Pines, golf,grocery stores, biking, movies, restaurants, horseback riding,free petting zoo, tennis and walking distance to Colingy. The sunrises from the living area and master bedroom are breathtaking. Open the sliding glass doors late at night and early morning to enjoy the sound of the waves to remind you that you are on vacation before you even open your eyes!

Rates include tax, towels,linens and housekeeping.
Half of rental is due at time of booking. Balance due 2 weeks
prior to check in, so that keys, car passes, security codes and
information package can be mailed in sufficent time to reach our
guest. Guest are responsible for any damages. We have never had any
