Brand New 2004 Lakefront Home on Bashan Lake. This lake is spring-fed and one of the cleanest lakes in Connecticut. This open, 2700 square-foot home overlooks a private cove on the lake which provides an excellent (quiet and safe) swimming area. Excellent fishing in this deep lake and perfect for watersports. A floating dock, two kayaks and a row boat are available for use. If you wish to bring your own boat, sailboat or powerboat--no limit horsepower on lake--there is a place to hook up.

The house has an open floor plan, large kitchen and family room. Sliders from the family room open to a spacious mahogany deck with beautiful views of the lake. The family room has a stone gas fireplace. A first-floor master suite includes a jacuzzi in the master bath and walk-in tile shower. All three bedrooms have direct views of the lake and have private full bathrooms and walk-in closets.
