This exclusive location includes 14-story skylit atriums and 23 acres that border more than one and-one-half miles of unconstructed shoreline, pristine beaches, protected natural habitat, and breathtaking sunsets. It includes two and three-tiered outdoor swimming pools, large indoor pools with Jacuzzis, and a Lazy River pool. We also have the exclusive Cobalt Restaurant on-site for your dining enjoyment. If you would prefer a lighter meal, the on-site deli/sandwich shop is located in our lobby near the outdoor pool entrance. One taste of their sandwiches on their focaccia bread will have you coming back for more! This unit is located in the D tower at Caribe Resort!
In addition to the amenities listed, our unit has floor-to-ceiling tinted windows and glass doors, large curvilinear balcony that spans the total width of the unit. Total square footage of the unit is 1856 square feet. Solid-surface granite counter tops, gourmet kitchen (with KitchenAid warming drawer), wet bar with ice maker and 60-bottle climate-controlled wine cooler, 10-foot ceilings, full-sized washer/dryer, plasma TV in living room and master bedroom with stereo SurroundSound, HD flat screens in guest bedrooms, high-speed internet access. We purchased a unit at Caribe Resort due to the quality construction, location and the amenities offered. I have been a property owner in Orange Beach for over 15 years and I love the area. It is truly a relaxing place to go in order to spend quality time with family and friends.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We enjoy the convenience of having a restaurant and deli onsite that provides top-notch food without having to get in the car and drive somewhere, then wait in line for service. And even though it is a condo residence, you never are bothered by noise from neighboring units, due to the construction quality. Caribe Resorts is truly uncomparable in our opinion.

The condo was just as you see in the pictures, the decor was beautiful and furnishings were more than adequate. The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean, neat and had all the amenities that we needed. Although the lazy river was my favorite, my grandchildren especially liked the pool with the slides. It rained a couple of days of our vacation and with small children the indoor pool turned what could of been a bad day, into a good one. My family had the most relaxing vacation ever and we look forward to returning to the Caribe Resort. You were so accomodating and we thank you for sharing your condo with us and being so gracious.

Tropical Cyclone Lee tried, but we had a wonderful time regardless. The condo was peaceful, quite and very relaxing. We loved the view of the gulf from the living room and watching the tide rolling in from the storm! Spacious and accomidating with all the wished-for ammenities. Perfect for the elderly and the young. This trip to the beach was specific for our 83 year-old Mother in memory of her 58th wedding anniversary on September 5, the first without our Dad, who passed away May 29. We can't wait to return!

We loved the condo. It is very spacious, you don't ever feel like your on top of anyone and most importantly, everyone has their own separate bathrooms. There are three buildings at the Caribe Resort. This one has the lazy river, a three tiered pool, and an indoor pool. Definitely the best building to stay in out of the three. The process of renting this condo was made so easy and the communication was great. Thanks so much for everything and we hope to come back soon.

The condo and location was perfect! We had a great time with friends and family. The view was amazing and the large balcony had plenty of chairs to for the family to sit and enjoy the sunset on the beach. We really got a kick out of the picture on the wall near the bar. This condo is immaculate. The views are great in all directions. It is especially nice that the owner supplies windex for cleaning the dinning room table, dishwasher detergent etc. The aminities are very family oriented. There is no time for the kids to rest! There are multiple resturants and water sports just blocks away. This unit is great for elderly couples with physical limitations. My parents are in their 80s and we needed a place that is easy to navigate with a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this facility and specifically unit 912 to everyone. The owners are very generous and helpful. The pricing is affordable. Infact I recently leased a lake front home that has 1/3 of the aminities (no indoor pools, saunas, etc) costing $25 more per night!

Been staying at 912 for several years! Love it. We have a large family and we always feel comfortable in this Condo. Would recomend it to anyone. Great access to the pools, Lazy River, Beach and some great resturants. Two Thumbs Up! Debbie, the owner is great to work with.
