Many thanks to Debbie and Jerre for their condo for our beach trip. We thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend it to anyone seeking a quality yet very comfortable beach experience. Excellent location. The living room and master BR suite are huge! The property is spotless and well-maintained. Orange Beach has good restaurants and attractions from there to Mobile. The Cobalt restaurant next door is delicious. Please come visit our beautiful sugar-white sand beaches! You will not be disappointed.

Labor Day 2011

Tropical Cyclone Lee tried, but we had a wonderful time regardless. The condo was peaceful, quite and very relaxing. We loved the view of the gulf from the living room and watching the tide rolling in from the storm! Spacious and accomidating with all the wished-for ammenities. Perfect for the elderly and the young. This trip to the beach was specific for our 83 year-old Mother in memory of her 58th wedding anniversary on September 5, the first without our Dad, who passed away May 29. We can't wait to return!

Wonderful Vacation

We loved the condo. It is very spacious, you don't ever feel like your on top of anyone and most importantly, everyone has their own separate bathrooms. There are three buildings at the Caribe Resort. This one has the lazy river, a three tiered pool, and an indoor pool. Definitely the best building to stay in out of the three. The process of renting this condo was made so easy and the communication was great. Thanks so much for everything and we hope to come back soon.

The condo and location was perfect! We had a great time with friends and family. The view was amazing and the large balcony had plenty of chairs to for the family to sit and enjoy the sunset on the beach. We really got a kick out of the picture on the wall near the bar. Been staying at 912 for several years! Love it. We have a large family and we always feel comfortable in this Condo. Would recomend it to anyone. Great access to the pools, Lazy River, Beach and some great resturants. Two Thumbs Up! Debbie, the owner is great to work with.

Caribe 912

This condo is immaculate. The views are great in all directions. It is especially nice that the owner supplies windex for cleaning the dinning room table, dishwasher detergent etc. The aminities are very family oriented. There is no time for the kids to rest! There are multiple resturants and water sports just blocks away. This unit is great for elderly couples with physical limitations. My parents are in their 80s and we needed a place that is easy to navigate with a wheelchair. I would highly recommend this facility and specifically unit 912 to everyone. The owners are very generous and helpful. The pricing is affordable. Infact I recently leased a lake front home that has 1/3 of the aminities (no indoor pools, saunas, etc) costing $25 more per night!

We spent spring break at the Caribe in this unit. It had everything we needed to really enjoy 5nights away from home. It felt like home for us. It is nicely decorated. The condo was just as you see in the pictures, the decor was beautiful and furnishings were more than adequate. The view of the ocean from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. The condo was clean, neat and had all the amenities that we needed. Although the lazy river was my favorite, my grandchildren especially liked the pool with the slides. It rained a couple of days of our vacation and with small children the indoor pool turned what could of been a bad day, into a good one. My family had the most relaxing vacation ever and we look forward to returning to the Caribe Resort. You were so accomodating and we thank you for sharing your condo with us and being so gracious.

The condo was beautiful and relaxing, I would go again but - it would have been nice to have direction on what switch works what lights, what control works the tv. Also if we are to wash towels where is the soap, dish soap, tp.

A list was sent in the rental packet that was delivered to Kristi in Mobile, Alabama. Several days supply of soap, dish soap, toilet paper, etc is provided for you, but if you are staying a full week, guests usually supplement these items. I feel sure that with you travelling from the West Coast, you were not aware of the list or the rental info packet that is mailed out to the individual responsible for researching and renting the unit. I hope you will stay with us again on your next trip to Orange Beach, Alabama! Thank you, Debbie

This was by far the nicest and most relaxing condo we have ever stayed. My husband and I lucked out and got the master bedroom and the bathroom is nicer than ours at home. A quick note to let anyone know who is considering this condo that it's beautiful. The condo is great and is roomy enough for 8 (5 adults and 3 kids). We used an air mattress for the kids and still had plenty of room in the master bedroom. The view is wonderful and the kids loved the lazy river. We will definitely be back.

We go to Gulf Shores every year, and this is by far the best condo we have ever stayed in! The view is amazing! The hardest thing about this condo, was leaving it!! Reserving it was easy and pleasant! Thank you for making my annual birthday trip wonderful!

What a beautiful condo at a spectacular resort!! Everything in this condo is top of the line. Anything we could have wanted was right there in the condo. The Caribe itself is a great place to vacation. While it is not directly on the beach, the amenities that the resort offers far make up for not being on the beach. The lazy river is so relaxing and the pools are numerous and spacious - no crowding and pushing in the pools. There were lots of chairs and never did we have to wait for a chair or a tube at the lazy river. Our small children enjoyed the pools and lazy river as well because there were plenty of shallow areas where they could walk on their own -- so Moms & Dads don't have to just carry your kids around in the water. A GREAT PLACE TO VACATION! And a GREAT condo to do so!! Thanks for everything!!

It was our first time to visit Orange Beach and it was wonderful. We had always gone to Panama City and it had gotten too crowded... My husband and I took our 2 daughters and their husbands along with our 18 month old grandson and 6 month old granddaughter we ALL enjoyed the trip. My little grandson especially enjoyed the zero entry pool. It was always easy to find a chair and shade at the pool. But, the condo was just beautiful and it was really hard to leave. We found everything that we needed inside and the balcony was just great to sit on and watch the lazy river and ocean. The condo has a perfect view of the Gulf overlooking Florida Point. The complex has a very enjoyable attraction for children and adults in the Lazy River. I read the reviews of the Lazy River before I rented and had no idea what a fun swimming pool the Lazy River was. I would surely consider this condo for future getaways. The condo owners where very helpful and everything was just as they said it would be. Thanks, you have a lovely place.

The Traditions begin here. This has been the first vacation in a long time that our family has been on from my husband and I(Our First as Husband and Wife) along with my brother, sister-in-law, their three boys and our parents. We were simply amazed at the space this unit has to offer. I don't know where to begin. The kitchen is awesome, the bedrooms along with their own bath, laundry room and the spacious eating and living area are unbelievable...I could simply go on and on that's for sure. The balcony and it's view is breath-taking. We were even able to watch two weddings on the beach from the balcony. If you have small children, THIS CONDO is where you need to be..The pools are great but I will let you in on a little secret called the lazy river..Oh my goodness..This is where the majority of our time was spent. We recomend this unit 100%. Thank You, Thank You, Mr. and Mrs. Mitchell for the opportunity to create new memories with our family. This was the best vacation we have ever had thus far!! The condo was AWESOME!!! Everthing was spectacular, from the laundry room to the balcony. This was the best vacation we have ever had!! The condo was so nice and spaceous. The kitchen was a dream kitchen, we stayed seven nights and only ate out one time. The kids are spoiled to the wonderful pools with such great water slides, they will not want to stay anywhere else. The view from the condo unit is simply breath taking! By far the best condo we have stayed at-very elegant, but also comfortable. Extremely spacious!! Loved the ice maker and the bar and the kitchen is a chef's dream! I think my favorite room was the master bath-I could have spent my entire vacation there!! This was the best vacation condo we have ever been to and it surpassed our expectations--we will definetly be returning in the future!!

We stayed at their Caribe unit several weeks ago and it was great. The unit was the nicest condo we have ever stayed in. We have stayed in several units at the beach and when we go snow skiing yearly to Colorado. Their unit is great and I expect we will probably visit again. The unit itself is incredibly finished and extremely spacious. We had no problems checking in or with any part of our stay. The pools are great as well as the lazy river which is directly below their balcony. The beach is directly across the road and easily reached by driving across or a shuttle (golf cart) is available to take you around under the bridge. The view you get of the bay and beach is great and the beach across the road is actually much wider and nicer than the beach at most condos we have stayed at. Since we were there early the indoor pools were nice. It was a little cool in the outdoor pool in April so the large indoor pools were nice. Simply a great place to stay. You will not regret a decision to stay there. David T. Brown
