Surrounded by clear mountain air and spectacular scenery, this non-smoking holiday home features pine interiors; open floor plan with spacious living room, ample kitchen area, and a family room with TV/VCR/DVD Stereo which can also be viewed and enjoyed from the privacy of the hot tub room which opens onto the back deck.
The house has vaulted pine ceilings, hardwood floors in the kitchen, and has been newly remodeled, including ceiling fans throughout. The master bedroom features colonial-style furnishings with sleigh bed, walk-in closet, and private bath. There are queen-size beds in all three bedrooms and a sofa bed in the family room. OLD SCHOOL VIDEO GAME DEFEDNDER !! in bar area! Great fun for all.
There is a detached, over-sized, two-car garage with ample parking in front too.
Situated in a quiet, safe country setting - minutes from Heavenly Valley Ski Resort, casinos, and beautiful Lake Tahoe - there are hiking and bike trails within two blocks. This inviting Tahoe Getaway is located three and one-half hours from San Francisco Airport or 45 minutes from Reno, Nevada Airport.
