This is the largest three bedroom, three bathroom in Las Palmas. With 2000 square feet of luxury, this spacious, new (only 2 yrs. old), ground floor, condominium is ideally situated; just steps from the swimming pool, hot tub and playground.
It boasts two bedrooms that have private baths (perfect for multiple families or those with additional privacy needs). The third bedroom has access to another full bath. There are many upgrades throughout - a 50" plasma screen TV, solid wood built-ins in all closets, solid surface counter-tops, over-sized rooms, integrated stools on counter (no stools to tip over) and more.
Condo rental includes membership to the Green Valley Resort.
