One of the largest direct oceanfront three bedroom condominiums in Ocean City (over 1500 square feet). Convenient lower floor location--three floors up from access to beach & pools. Sheets and towels (linen service)is available at a nominal charge. This entire condo has been remodeled...kitchen, living room, dining room and all the bedrooms and baths. The bathrooms were also enlarged and the master bedroom was made into a suite complete with in-room jacuzzi. The condo is kept very clean. Please note We do not rent to non-family groups under age 25.
There is brand new furniture and flooring throughout the unit. Bathrooms, hallways, foyer and kitchen are handsomely tiled, bedrooms are carpeted and Living and dining areas have hardwood laminate with contrasting boarder of light and dark woods.
Living room & Dining room: Living room has new extra large sectional sofa (not a 'sleeper' but plenty long enough to sleep on), 32 inch TV with DVD and VCR (some movies for kids and adults provided). There are also stereo/CD/tape players in both the living room and master bedroom. Recent renovations included the new Mannington Adura wood flooring and new window coverings throughout the living & dining room areas as well as new art decor and fresh paint. Renovations also included a lovely fireplace (electric) which can be seen from both the living room and dining room. It can be programmed to run with or without emitting heat depending on the season.
Our dining room overlooks the ocean and features a large and elegant dining room table (with carved elephant trunk legs and embedded glass panels)that seats 8-12 and likewise offers a view of the fireplace as well as it's direct oceanfront view.
Kitchen/Laundry/Master bedroom: The kitchen was remodeled for the 2007 season to include new hardwood solid maple cabinetry and we replaced every appliance with new stainless steel appliances. The laundry has a brand new full-size washer and dryer.
The breakfast bar (doubles as a wet bar complete with mood lighting and hanging stemware) seats four and there is also a small carved wood and glass dinette--good for games or office work (if you must).There is free WiFi in the unit and (as backup) there is also a WiFi hot spot on the second floor of the building available for guest use free of charge.
Master bedroom has been totally renovated to include a two-person jetted bathtub enclosed in tile and overlooking a spectacular view of the beach and ocean. Master bedroom has new furniture (twin armoires, vanity area and large 32' TV/DVD/stereo that hangs from the ceiling). The queen-size bed has a new mattress, is curtained for romance, and faces a window that takes up the entire wall (wake up and see the ocean). The
Second & Third Bedrooms: The second bedroom (we call it the bunkroom) sleeps five to seven people. It has two sets of bunk beds (= sleeps 4), one single twin with trundle (= sleeps 2). The trundle pops up to join with the twin and make a king size bed. There is a conversion kit in the closet that includes a foam piece that bridges the two beds as well as a king size mattress pad to secure them together. We also have two folding floor mattresses that can be found stored in the closet (there is sufficient floor space for both if trundle is not used = sleeps 2). There is also PLENTY of space to store clothes--6 drawers, a large armoire with seven shelves and an additional shelf for storing shoes and toiletries.
The third bedroom has one queen-size and one twin bed. All bedrooms offer great ocean views and have new Adura wood floors with color coordinating area rugs. All have TV/VCRs.

We had a wonderful time during spring break 2013. Rainy and cold but we were able to play in the snow on the beach and just enjoy the coziness of the condo. Hope to come back sometime during the summer to enjoy the pool and beach.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

We stayed at the Condo over the 2012 Veterans Day weekend. Although most of the city was closed due to being the off season, we found ways to enjoy our time at the beach. The condo was beautiful and spacious! We had 8 total persons (4 adult, 4 kids) and seemed to find the necessary space to get along for an entire weekend. Sitting on the balcony watching the sunrise was an unforgettable experience. Our day trip to Assateague Island was incredible. We even got chased by a wild horse! I highly recommend Ocean City even in the off season. No crowds, no traffic. I would love to visit OC, MD again in the future, and The Quay will be on my short list of places to stay!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, girls getaway.

The view from the condo was spectacular - we woke up to the view of the ocean everyday! The condo is spacious and stocked with everything you need - we even cooked an entire Thanksgiving dinner there! Since we visited off season, some of the local attractions were closed, however, we found plenty of activities, such as walking the boardwalk, antiquing, viewing the horses at Assateague and outlet shopping! Overall, a very nice place to stay and I would highly recommend it!Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

I recently stayed at this condo, and found it very enjoyable. The unit was clean and well taken care of. The views were outstanding with beautiful sunsets! The bathrooms and kitchen were nicely updated with a fully stocked kitchen. One very nice featuer is that one master bedroom is on one side of the condo, with the 2 other bedrooms on the other side of the unit which gives privacy if you need it. I would highly recommend this condo to families with children, and the owner is a pleasure to work with.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We had a great experience staying at this condo. We had a large group of 9 adults and 2 small children and still had enough room. We didnt feel like we were on top of each other. The furnishings were great and there was plenty of eating space for everyone. The kitchen was nicely equipped also and the view from the balcony was awesome. Absolutely beautiful condo. Nice because it's on a lower floor which makes easy if the elevators are busy. Plenty of room and the kids loved the hot tub....Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We have rented at least one condo/house a year (or two) for the past 10 years. We've never before promised that we would return to the same place. This condo is special - in addition to being clean and spacious,it feels very comfortable, inviting, and homey. Clearly, a lot of heart and soul has gone into this place. Every day, my seven year old son would sit at the kitchen bar and say 'I really like this place.'Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.

My family really liked the condo. The photos and description were very accurate. The owner was very easy to deal with and talk to. It was so nice to have a pool to enjoy as well as the ocean and view and beach. The jacuzzi was definitely a big hit! The property was clean and well maintained. About the owner: Our family consists of Nancy (mom), Roy (dad), two sets of twins (Kyle & Jessie age 13 and Shane & Logan age 10) and Mitch and Dan (both in college). We love the amenities offered by our building and have tried to make our condo a special and fun place to vacation.
Why the Owner Chose The Quay:
We looked at all of the beach front condos before deciding on The Quay. Three factors made it our best choice. First, it was huge compared to the other 3 bedroom condos we looked at. Secondly, the view was outstanding--directly overlooking both ocean & pool. Thirdly, it has both an indoor & outdoor pool--and both are HEATED!
