We stayed here this past new years weekend and found everything to be wonderful. This is a very spacious unit with beautiful ocean front views from several rooms. the kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are set up to permit comfortable sleeping arrangements for everyone. I would absolutly recommend this place and will likely stay here again in the near future.

Beautiful condo!! We had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk beds. One of the few condos in the building with a balcony overlooking the ocean. Nice view! Everything was perfect. Didn't mind staying in on a rainy day - movies to watch, x-box to play, board games and plaing cards - all provided in this condo. We used the linen service - well worth the money. Nice, thick, heavy towels and soft sheets (one less thing to bring on vacation.) Easy access to boardwalk by taking the bus ($3 for an all day ride pass.) About a half hour drive to the Tanger Outlets also!! So many things to do - jet ski, parasail, motor scooter, boardwalk, movies, mini golf just to name a few. Be sure to pick up a welcome book upon registration for coupons! Can't say enough about this condo! A+++++++!!

We brought our 4 kids and 2 friends there and had a great time. Away from the bustle of the boardwalk, but a short drive to Ocean City attractions. Walking distance to the supermarket and some restaurants. Beach isn't too crowded. The indoor and outdoor pools are a plus. Great views of the ocean.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The condo was wonderful - a perfect family get away! Lots of room for everyone - lots of privacy in a lovely suite for mom and dad! Beautiful views, great pools, amazing beach. Easy walk out the door to catch the bus to the boardwalk.

We stayed here for a few nights just before the memorial day weekend. The house was very neat and clean, and we found it safe for our 15 month old son. As the description mentions, we were just steps away from the beach - awesome to say the least. The indoor and outdoor pools were an added plus. Overall, a very relaxing stay. We are definitely going back.

The building is a bit run down and old looking and the hallway is a bit smelly and dirty looking but once you go into the unit it was absolutely beautiful. The place was just like the pictures. The porch is a bit smaller than I thought it would be but the view was breathtaking. The place was very lovely and we had a great time. The people who work there were very friendly. There were many dogs throughout the building. I am assuming its bc some people did live there. If we come back I would defidently stay here again.

My husband and I rented this condo for our annual wedding anniversary weekend. We normally stay at one of the higher end hotels in OC but I had been traveling a lot for work and wanted a place for the weekend where we felt more at home. When I walked in the door, I was pleasantly surprised to see just how beautiful the condo was and also how big the unit was! A family of 4-8 can sleep very comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I even noticed that Nancy had been so detail oriented with all of the amenities that she even had a nintendo and other video game operating systems setup in the kids room. The beachfront location is awesome too! I had the most relaxing and peaceful stay and would highly recommend this condo unit to anyone.

My family stayed here for Easter weekend, and I can tell you that "Excellent" is not a high enough of a score to rate this place. I've been traveling too Ocean City for 40 years, stayed in condos, penthouses, and hotels (ever summer we stay at the Holiday Inn Suites), and this place beats them all hands down! The attention to detail the owners have given this condo is evident every where you look. Elegantly furnished combined with a modern feel, this place is truly in a league of it's own. I truly hope that anyone who rents this place takes as good of care of it as the owners have, because my family and I look forward to spending much more time here in the future.

Excellent condo ! Not your average condo,more like an above average condo. Listing description was accurate ,condo was clean ,comfortable and well maintained . Pictures reflect all amenities but much better in person. The owner was very helpful and I would recommend this rental to anyone .

We had a wonderful time on our family getaway in January! The condo is beautiful, well appointed and oh so comfortable! Our kids loved the bunk beads, condo arcade and the indoor pool. We had the place to ourselves and truly enjoyed the peace and quiet. Nancy has thought of everything and the condo has everything that you need and more! This was our second stay at this property and it won't be our last!

3 adults and 3 kids for one week around Thanksgiving. WOW it was super. Every detail was thought of by the owners for your creature comfort. Comfortable for all - great view and the pool and game room was a great bonus. Oh and don't forget the ping pong room. We had a blast! And it's all as a result of the owners thoughtful touches everywhere and quick responses. What more info do you need . . . . go rent it now!

This condo has everything that you need to enjoy yourself while away from home. It sleeps plenty and has a great ocean view. With a game room, pool and sauna we felt like we never had to leave the place. I will definitely be staying again.

Had a great time! Price was great, home was clean and comfortably kept 4 adults and 4 childrean very well. Security 24 hrs a day a big plus. Loved the game room, pools and ocean view with the balcony. Parking was ample for two cars. Access to everywhere is great too. Mrs Muller was great to communicate with. The only bad thing is we had to leave when oulong weekend was up. We will be back next year.

The listing descrition and photos were very accurate. The propery was clean and very well-maintained. The owner was very helpful with any questions that I had. I would go back and recommend ths property to any friend or relative. There are tons of restaurants to choose from. My boys ( twin 3 yrs olds) loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. And the game room was a huge hit also. This is a very beautlful condo. We were very happy and had no complants. It helped us have one of the nicest vacations to date. We had a family of 8 - Plenty of room for all of us Location is really nice, right on the beach, 5 th floor, not too high,not too low The condo was as we expected from viewing the photos - Very nice and clean All resort staff was very nice, nicer than they needed to be Plenty of restaurants, shopping, grocery near by Parking was no issue at all, We were worried about possibly having to park off site(both cars are brand new) There were plenty of empty spots - they must fill sometimes, but for us, mid July there was plenty Overall we had a great stay and would consider returning again next year

My family and I stayed at this condo for a week and it was awesome. We found this condo to be exactly as it appeared in the photos, clean and well maintained and perfectly decorated. The location is great, not too close to the boardwalk area, yet not a far drive either. The condo owner is very nice and easy to work with. We enjoyed visiting Assateague Island and seeing the wild horses and spending a day in nearby Rehoboth, Delaware doing some tax free shopping. I would highly recommend this property to a friend or relative and hope to stay there again.

First Rate Accommodations

I rented this unit with my family the last weekend in April. The unit has been renovated and is absolutely perfect, decorated beautifully and meticulously maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and we had absolutely every thing that we needed. The location of the building is very convenient to grocery stores. The balcony while small is extremely private and has a great oceanfront and pool view. Instructions for TVs, internet, and other items in the place are available and clear. There were ample keys and the owner even lefta Superfresh savings card for renters to use. It is obvious that the owners have taken great pride and care in their place and in creating a great experience for their guests. The unit definitely is 5 star and I was extremely impressed. The building management could take a few cues from the owners. The lobby area of the building is in need of an update and elevators and hallways look really tired. One elevator was even boarded over with plywood which certainly was not very welcoming. The outdoor pool was closed due to the time of the year and the indoor pool was under renovation and also closed so I can not speak to these amenties. The common area with ping pong, arcade, games, etc. on the 2nd floor would be a plus to those with young kids. At the time we were there parking was being re-paved; therefore, management is making some improvements to the property. We had a great weekend in this beautiful place and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

This is a wonderful condo. It has many upgrades and is top notch. The Jacuzzi tub is fantastic and the view is awesome!! It's a great place for kids - plenty to do, even in the winter.

We rented this unit from 8/27/06 thru 9/3/06. It is a fantastic unit! Extremely cozy/comfortable with lots of amenities! Very spacious! You will NOT be disappointed! The jacuzzi tub is awesome. We will be renting this unit again next year!
