This recently remodeled 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is in tower 3, 1st floor, right over the lagoon pool, the best location in the whole resort!! Be among the few to enjoy the great location and beautiful new furnishings!! The unit features wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows looking out at the gorgeous gulf and 1800 sq ft of luxurious living space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new Tempurpedic mattress along with a chaise lounge so that you can sit in the windows enjoying the ocean views or reading the latest novels. In the second bedroom, there are two queen beds with new Therapedic mattresses and in the third bedroom, another king size bed with a new Tempurpedic mattress. This bedroom also has the private second balcony over the lagoon pool as well as the wet bar area. All bedrooms have new 26" flat screen TV's with DVD players and 400+ count linens. Each bedroom has it's own private full bathroom with his/her marble vanities and huge marble garden tubs w/showers. No moldy shower curtains here, all baths have the upgraded sliding glass shower doors.
The living room features a brand new, comfy sofa and love seat, large flat screen TV with DVD/VCR combo and stereo. The dining area seats six with three additional seats at the breakfast bar. The kitchen has all new, black appliances with new "cottage white" cabinets and gorgeous granite countertops with a mirrored backsplash. The stove is a ceramic cooktop, there are plenty of dishes, glasses and flatware, we even provide a slow cooker in case you decide to cook in! The condo is fully carpeted, except for the bath areas which are tiled and the kitchen/foyer area is a beautiful hardwood.
Long Beach Resort has gated access w/security 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Parking is directly in front of your building--not across the street or in a high-rise tight parking garage! Long Beach also offers plenty of parking for RV's, trailers and boats. There are three pools, two polynesian style pools that are seasonally heated and the huge 6800 sq ft Lagoon pool with tropical islands and waterfalls. Each pool has it's own jacuzzi hot tub. Enjoy a burger and your favorite beverage at the Lagoon poolside bar and grill, The Hangout, which is open March thru October. Long Beach is conveniently located near all the great restuarants, golf courses, putt putt, kids attractions and don't worry if you forget something, Wal Mart is just down the street and Pier Park is just a short, scenic drive down Front Beach Road!

FANTASTIC unit! All furnishings and equipment are top notch! Very comfortable, upscale condo. Love the easy access to the pool. I enjoyed the bedroom that had its own balcony, mini-fridge, and especially its own air conditioning unit. Great kitchen appliances and love the full-size washer & dryer. I would recommend this unit to ANY and ALL who love the beach. I was disappointed that "The Hang-Out" wasn't open. It was a great place to get a cool drink & good munchies! I really loved having my morning coffee (and bloody marys) out on my own private balcony watching as the beach went from dark, to shade to full sunlight. It was a great weather week for the beach! I love Long Beach Resort! Kim is great to work with getting vacations planned and quick to respond to inquiries.
