The lake frontage is on the sunny south shore of Geneva Lake, and offers terrific sunset views. Three boat launches and a marina with boat rentals/equipment are also just minutes away!
Vs. other rental homes in in the area, our property offers you greater privacy via our spacious home on a large wooded lot (separation from neighbors), and our lake frontage is shared by just a few members (very private).

Escape to the romance of the spacious Master Suite Retreat with two-sided fireplace and jacuzzi tub. Beautiful hand-carved King-Sized bed set.
**KITCHEN/DINING**
The kitchen is fully equipped for your entertaining needs, including refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, blender, and all cookware/bake ware/dinnerware. Dining room features an expandable table and comfortable seating.
**BRAND NEW LOWER LEVEL**
The lower level features an living room with outside walkout, and is completely remodeled and refurbished. It's a great place for the adults or kids to escape to, if they want their own private time. It includes a living room with TV/entertainment center (Video/DVD player, Cable), a sleeper sofa and end tables. Two additional bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 twin beds) are also in the lower level. Lower level also includes a laundry room with washer/dryer and storage area for your outdoor gear. All new bed and bath linens throughout.
**OUTDOOR LIVING AREAS**(in season)
In the evening, enjoy cocktails or dinner outside on our Outdoor Living patio, complete with a Gas Grill and table seating for eight or more people. Or, enjoy the seasonal lake views from our front deck while having an early morning coffee break.

July & Aug: $5,000/mo or $1,250/wk. May, June, Sept: $4,500/month or $1,100/wk.
Oct & April: $3,000/month or $750/week
Nov through March: $2,400/month or $650/week. Holiday rates apply.
50% deposit required to hold reservation. Balance due 60 days in advance of stay.
Deposit is refundable if cancelled up to 120 days in advance.
Security deposit required; refunded after stay if home left in original condition.
Cleaning fee applies. Monthly + rentals need only apply.
