The relaxing atmosphere of this vacation home welcomes you to Destin in style and luxury. This home we call "Paradise Cove", sleeps up to 10 people in spacious comfort. Nestled in the beautiful, secluded community of DESTINY WEST, our gated entrance is right on the ocean front! We have the best of both worlds--sand and surf as well as luxury with private community ameneties.
From our gated entrance, as you cross Scenic 98 you enter a world of sandy beaches and ocean waves. Right there, James Lee Park's parking is so convenient. The park also has a large picnic pavilion and public showers/restrooms (only place on the beach front that has!) Destin's famous "Crab Trap" restaurant is right next door.
Our home in DESTINY WEST is in a southern paradise. There are 100's of mature tropical trees throughout our exclusive community. No matter how far you have driven to get there, we 'carry you away' as DESTINY has a distinct Carribean flavor!
Don't curb appraise Paradise Cove...When you walk in you'll be pleasantly surprised with our spacious, open floor plan for family friendly flow, and privacy,too. The 10 foot ceilings, crown molding throughout, elegant decor (and the most gorgeous granite countertops we have EVER seen anywhere) beckons you to "Live well, Love much and Laugh often..."
After a day at the beach you can enter the house through the garage (to drop the sandy towels and suits!) Park up to three cars off-road easily.(Note, parking in the driveway, NOT on main road is required.)
We LOVE to slip into the pool on our way home from the beach. It's great to relax and unwind from the beating sun, sand and constant surf. There is an outdoor shower(on the right-side front of house) to rinse off any salt-water residue. We want you to be comfortable--and enjoy this wonderful 'oasis home' with the same TLC you would as if it were your own.
After a day at the beach or shopping the malls, the king-size bed in the master suite sleeps like a dream. The master bath has a large walk-in shower (with a seat), double vanity, whirlpool air-jet tub and a huge walk-in closet.
In the living room, the gas fireplace beckons you to relax in comfort listening to surround sound music or watch a movie at the entertainment center. The family chef will shine in the fully-stocked gourmet kitchen--or enjoy the privacy and beauty of the rear lanai as you put steaks on the gas grill. Even on vacation you can stay on top of things with your business emails with the HIGH-SPEED Internet access.
Within 2 minutes (half-block of the house) be sure to pamper yourself with the luxury found at the Destiny West Clubhouse. Enjoy the large hot tub, a game room, and keep up on your fitness work outs (esp while on vacation)using the state of the art equipment.
We have a full sized, gated tennis court at the clubhouse. Enjoy the gorgeous underwater, lighted 75 foot swimming pool, which alot of the time you have all to yourself (how 'bout a romantic evening swim...) No postage stamp pool for you! At Paradise Cove in DESTINY you get the best of luxury living!
This is our favorite way to go. On our way 'home' after a day on the beach (or a trip to one of the area's awesome shopping malls), we stop by the pool to soak in the sauna or swim a lap to get ready for a night on the town. Should you prefer to snuggle by firelight with your loved one... that's good, too! We're all about helping you enjoy friends and make great family memories.

SPRING BREAK: March 15--April 19th = $1650 weekly + cleaning & tax
SUMMER: May 24--Aug 2nd = $1895 weekly + cleaning and tax
LATE SUMMER: Aug 2-- Aug 30 = $1550 weekly + cleaning and tax
FALL: Aug 30--Oct. 25th = $1200 weekly + cleaning and tax
WINTER: Oct 25 -- Feb '09 = $1195 weekly + cleaning and tax
