I will quote you all inclusive rates for your stay...we do not charge any booking or reservation fees, and all tax and cleaning fees are included. Consider your *total* cost when shopping around as tax and fees often add up to 15% on top of the nightly rate you are quoted.

We recently moved here full time and are now locals, so I can help you with anything you need or questions you may have.

THE BEST LOCATION. This newer townhouse is centrally located in lower Deer Valley on Rossie Hill, which overlooks Main Street on the east side. The quiet section of this street has only about 7 houses, an unobstructed view of April Mountain, and is just a short 5 minute walk to Main Street or hiking. Beautifully finished with a combination of unique mountain style and the latest entertainment technology, this home will be comfortable and accessible for your ski or summer vacation.

This house has some of the best entertainment technology you'll find. The Living Room sports a 51" Plasma 3D HDTV with separate DVD player, HD digital cable and an Altec Lansing iPod player & speaker system. The house is equipped with free high-speed Wi-fi wireless internet access so you keep in touch on vacation or work while you play. Master bedroom has a 42" flatscreen LCD HDTV with DVD and HD digital cable. Both the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have new wall-mounted 37" and 32" flatscreen LCD HDTVs.

Expanded Comcast cable includes HBO and all of it's OnDemand content, all in HD. FREE Local and Long Distance calling to US.

Located on a quiet residential street, you're just a 5 minute walk down Shorty's Stairs to the heart of Park City's historic Main Street. There you will find great restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Park City's FREE bus system is a mere 5 minute walk--either to the base of our hill or the main downtown shuttle station. This can take you all over town--to Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley and the Canyons...even to the Outlet Malls near the freeway.

Families with young children, this is the place for you! We have made available a number of things for your young children, including a pack and play, highchair, hiking pack/stroller combination, infant swing, toys/games/books, infant bathing tub, as well as a sled and innertube for winter sledding. We have a large front yard for building a snowman, and our street has almost no traffic.

We have everything you will need for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or ski trip with your friends. Please read the great feedback we have received from prior guests.

Why the Owner Chose Rossi Hill

I first discovered Utah 14 years ago while traveling on business and quickly fell in love with it. My wife and I spent a lot of time before the Olympics in Park City and Deer Valley with family, and got to take in the Olympic trials and then the 2002 Games. After selling an investment property here in SoCal, we decided Park City would be a great place to put the money. The proximity to Salt Lake City and the airport make it a much better destination than Mammoth or Colorado, and our specific location to Main Street Park City is wonderful. Walk to the shops and restaurants, or run/hike/snowshoe in the trails surrounding Rossie Hill.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome

One of the best features about our property is the location--it can't be beat. We're a 5 minute walk to the heart of Main Street, yet our street has very few houses on it and feels like you are in the country. There is almost no traffic, and there are unobstructed views north towards April Mountain. There is truly nowhere else where you can be so close to the amenities of downtown without the density and parking problems. You can walk to the free shuttle stop down the hill, but I personally recommend renting a car no matter where you stay in Park City/Deer Valley due to the town's layout.

While the townhouse is still pretty new, we are continually updating and enhancing it. Recent upgrades include a heated floor in the kitchen, a new HD flatscreen in the Living room, HD flatscreen television in the 3rd bedroom, a leather sectional and ottoman in the Living Room, new area rugs and an alcove with a bench in the laundry room for removing wet boots and coats.

We listen to our guests comments and requests, and use that to improve the place for each subsequent season.

I was born in Chicago, and my wife in Arizona. We both moved to Southern California 16 years ago, and just recently moved the family full time to Park City. We have two young sons and an even younger daughter, and enjoy watching them grow and start to get on skis!

Great Park City Vacation Home

This property provided a fantastic location for our recent ski trip adventures. Our group featured 6 adults, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The property was in excellent condition and support staff was helpful and attentive. Located just a short drive from Deer Valley Ski Resort, or a short walk to the Public Transportation stop on main road. Main Street was close in proximity, even walkable, which was a great option, or at most a short drive away. All bedrooms were good size, and the three full bathrooms on the second floor worked perfectly. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals providing a good balance between eating out, and heated tile made the morning coffee easier to make. Outdoor Hot Tub was an added bonus and the fireplace also added warmth and appeal. This property is a great choice for those wanting to stay in a comfortable house without sacrificing convenience or quality. Truly a great value for adults or families with kids. We look forward to a return trip in the near future.

Over the past 7 years, our family vacation is spent every February at Deer Valley. This property is by far the best. It is perfectly situated geographically between the ski area and the shopping/dining of Park City. The property was found to be in excellent condition with a great support staff for all your needs. We arrived during a 21" snowstorm at 11 PM ; we were met by the property manager who made sure the property was cleared of snow so we could pull into the garage. Waking up to a heated kitchen floor is a real treat not to be out done by the jacuzzi at the end of a long day of skiing. GREAT PROPERTY !!

Great Location

My husband and I and our two children, ages 6 and 8, had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The attached garage was great. It made loading and unloading kids and gear so easy. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary items for cooking. The condo itself is very nice and VERY clean. No crumbs leftover from previous guests! The location was ideal for us 5 minutes to Deer Valley and 5 minutes (if that) to Main St. in Park City. We really enjoyed working with Scott. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We plan on coming back again!

Great place and it really is 5 minutes from anything you want to do at Deer Valley or Park City. Wonderful location. Townhouse is in great shape. Very nice living area and kitchen. Scott was great to work with. The check in process was very simple. Highly recommend both this location and the family that owns it. Could not have been a better experience.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had great spring skiing the last week of March and a wonderful place to stay. The townhouse had everything we needed, was spacious, and very comfortable. The garage and hot tub were much appreciated. The location was perfect-we were able to get to Deer Valley or Park City Resort in less than 5 minutes. We hope to stay here again!

We just got back from a five day stay at 540 Rossi Hill and were just thrilled. Within days my family and I were already planning a trip back. Since the condo is so near to the Deer Valley resort, you can wake up before the kids, take their skis out of the free valet and have them waiting for them once they hit the slopes. You then have enough time to have breakfast at Deer Valley or in town or at the condo. The condo was super clean and organized. We would have cooked but got lazy. Scott and Beth were wonderfully accomodating and found my husband a gym since he tore his ACL and could not ski. We walked to town 3 times from the condo. Thanks again for making our trip terrific.

What a spectacular spot. Right in the middle of Park City. You can literally walk to downtown and turn around and ski the slopes in 5 minutes. How can you beat that? The Propery managers were great at checking in and check out, offering first class service. There was also free wireless internet access which my husband used instead of calling the office which allowed us more free time on the slopes! We loved Park City and would definately stay on Rossi Hill again.
