Great property for week of family skiing at Deer Valley

This property was a wonderful place to stay for our family ski week. The location was terrific, only a couple minute drive to the ski resort and yet we felt as if we were away from it all in our own private winter wonderland. The kids had a great time making snowmen in the yard! Loved the two car garage for plenty of space to park and maneuver around out of the snow. The unit had everything we needed and everything was very comfortable and roomy and beautifully decorated. We have been skiing at Deer Valley for last several years with our family of 5 and have stayed at a different location each year, never really finding a place that we all thoroughly enjoyed and would like to return to. We have now found that place and will hopefully be back next ski season to stay at Rossi Hill!

Great Park City Vacation Home

This property provided a fantastic location for our recent ski trip adventures. Our group featured 6 adults, and we had plenty of space for everyone. The property was in excellent condition and support staff was helpful and attentive. Located just a short drive from Deer Valley Ski Resort, or a short walk to the Public Transportation stop on main road. Main Street was close in proximity, even walkable, which was a great option, or at most a short drive away. All bedrooms were good size, and the three full bathrooms on the second floor worked perfectly. Kitchen had all the essentials to cook meals providing a good balance between eating out, and heated tile made the morning coffee easier to make. Outdoor Hot Tub was an added bonus and the fireplace also added warmth and appeal. This property is a great choice for those wanting to stay in a comfortable house without sacrificing convenience or quality. Truly a great value for adults or families with kids. We look forward to a return trip in the near future.

Over the past 7 years, our family vacation is spent every February at Deer Valley. This property is by far the best. It is perfectly situated geographically between the ski area and the shopping/dining of Park City. The property was found to be in excellent condition with a great support staff for all your needs. We arrived during a 21" snowstorm at 11 PM ; we were met by the property manager who made sure the property was cleared of snow so we could pull into the garage. Waking up to a heated kitchen floor is a real treat not to be out done by the jacuzzi at the end of a long day of skiing. GREAT PROPERTY !!

The property had just the right balance of high tech amenities and cozy ambiance for our group. We loved hanging out and cooking in the contiguous living room/dining room/kitchen space. the entire transaction was extremely smooth and easy.

My husband and I and our two children, ages 6 and 8, had a wonderful stay. The condo had everything we needed. The attached garage was great. It made loading and unloading kids and gear so easy. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary items for cooking. The condo itself is very nice and VERY clean. No crumbs leftover from previous guests! The location was ideal for us 5 minutes to Deer Valley and 5 minutes (if that) to Main St. in Park City. We really enjoyed working with Scott. He was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We plan on coming back again!

We had great spring skiing the last week of March and a wonderful place to stay. The townhouse had everything we needed, was spacious, and very comfortable. The garage and hot tub were much appreciated. The location was perfect-we were able to get to Deer Valley or Park City Resort in less than 5 minutes. We hope to stay here again!

Great place and it really is 5 minutes from anything you want to do at Deer Valley or Park City. Wonderful location. Townhouse is in great shape. Very nice living area and kitchen. Scott was great to work with. The check in process was very simple. Highly recommend both this location and the family that owns it. Could not have been a better experience.

We just got back from a five day stay at 540 Rossi Hill and were just thrilled. Within days my family and I were already planning a trip back. Since the condo is so near to the Deer Valley resort, you can wake up before the kids, take their skis out of the free valet and have them waiting for them once they hit the slopes. You then have enough time to have breakfast at Deer Valley or in town or at the condo. The condo was super clean and organized. We would have cooked but got lazy. Scott and Beth were wonderfully accomodating and found my husband a gym since he tore his ACL and could not ski. We walked to town 3 times from the condo. Thanks again for making our trip terrific.

What a spectacular spot. Right in the middle of Park City. You can literally walk to downtown and turn around and ski the slopes in 5 minutes. How can you beat that? The Propery managers were great at checking in and check out, offering first class service. There was also free wireless internet access which my husband used instead of calling the office which allowed us more free time on the slopes! We loved Park City and would definately stay on Rossi Hill again.

What a great place!! This was the best vacation our family has ever had. The property managers were great, Scott was great, the house was so homey and had everything you could want. This was our second time renting the Cummings beautiful home. Our first trip was so memorable we wanted to go back to what we knew would be homey, comfortable and convenient. Our kids love the unit; it offers everything you could want and more. Don't hesitate to stay here; you will not be disappointed. The 3 minute drive to Deer Valley is a snap. We left our skis in valet overnight and I'd drop the kids and wife at the curb, allow them to put on boots while I parked and off to ski we went. Very convenient.

We enjoyed a fabulous stay here during the Sundance Film Festival. The place has a very inviting and relaxing feel, with spacious rooms that are nicely decorated and outfitted with large flat screen TV's. The location worked out perfectly for us, and it really is a quick walk down to Main Street. Scott was a pleasure to work with, and he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. I would gladly recommend this townhouse to friends, and look forward to a return visit in the future.

A beautiful townhouse with all the comforts and amenities of home. It had an excellent kitchen, large plasma screen T.V. with every channel imaginable plus DVD player. The bedrooms were very comfortable and they all had a tv. Spacious bathrooms and washer/dryer to clean clothes. Private hot tub. If you are traveling with an infant or toddler, the kid stuff was terrific. What else could you want. Close to Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street. The Cummings were great to work with and did everything to make our stay the best. The property manager met us when we checked in to show us the place and answer any questions. We will definitely be back! Highly Recommended.

We stayed in this fantastic duplex several times in the Summer of '07 & we are returning in the Summer of '08! It is a fabulous "just like home" place - we feel so comfortable here. It's tucked away location is so convenient to Deer Valley for the Summer concerts & an easy walk to Main Street for dinners & shopping. What a great location for Christmas week '07. The walk to the Java Cow on Main via Shorty's stairs was 5 min 3 sec...a little longer returning, but the convenience is unparalleled. Townhome in superb condition with great amenities...short drive to Deer Valley, the bus stop is a little beyond comfortable walking distance. Our research indicated the price/value of this rental is one of the best we found. The Cummings are great to work with!

We have enjoyed our stay at this home, on several different vacations.It is in "like new" condition and the location allows for easy access to the Deer Valley Snow Park Lodge and a delightful walk down Shorty's Staircase (108steps Yes,we counted)to Main Street. The oversized two car garage opens into the main kitchen/great room for easy loading and unloading. We think of this place as our Park City home. We cannot wait to return.

An absolutely beautiful condominium with all the comforts and amenities of home; excellent kitchen, large plasma screen T.V. with every channel imaginable plus DVD player. Wow, what a great home for a week. The pictures hardly do a justice to this beutifully furnished large townhome. With a 3 minute walk to town it was convenient to go to dinner nighly. The owners were easy and trustworthy through the whole rental process. The home in Rossi Hill was very comfortable with nice amenities: a hot tub, large flat screen TV in living room. Location to Park City was excellent. The Cummings are nice people and it was a pleasure to have rented their home. We are renting again from them in March 2007!
