Live steps away from the sand! This bright and sunny upstairs unit offers two oversized balconies. The front balcony overlooks the ocean, sand and beach activities terrific for sunsets dinners. French doors open wide to a large kitchen and entertainment area.

The second balcony offers a private sunbathing area. This large scale floor plan comes equipped with four fully furnished bedrooms, two spacious bathrooms, two car enclosed garage spaces with automatic openers and two extra parking spaces available.

Your washer/dryer is located inside this unit. Furniture and fully equipped kitchen provided.

Day trips:
Disneyland (half hour), Sea World (one and three-quarter hours), Long Beach Aquarium (half hour), Laguna Beach (20 minutes), or Los Angeles/Hollywood (one hour). We are 15 minutes from University of California - Irvine, 20 minutes from John Wayne Airport (SNA) or one hour from Los Angeles Airport (LAX).

Shopping:
Fashion Island Shopping Center 15min., Albertson's and Trader Joe's supermarket 3 to 5 minutes with car.

You may not even need a car all week, just rent a bike. Just bring beach towels and suntan oil. Cheers!
