We offer a large landscaped private pool and ground-floor outdoor Jacuzzi, along with a large 2nd floor screened-in room with gulf views! This unique outdoor screened living room is furnished with ceiling fans, a large captain’s dining table, captain’s chairs, and an outdoor gas fireplace surrounded by comfortable wooden Adirondack chairs. You’ll find this special place convenient to the kitchen and perfect for dining outside as you relish cool fall and winter evenings. You will especially enjoy family time or romantic moments while watching the moon’s reflection shimmer off the ocean.
Additional features of Still Waters include a ground floor screened-in porch next to your private pool and Jacuzzi, and a ground level half-bath which is great for the kids to use when they are playing in the pool, Jacuzzi, or the beach just a few steps away.
The large covered porch leading out from the open living areas is furnished with wood Adirondack furniture. It looks directly out over the clear blue-green waters and white sand beaches of the ocean.
Still Waters offers a county-owned beach-access path located DIRECTLY in front of your beach house. In addition, a beach boardwalk is also located two houses down. Unobstructed views of the beach lie just across your quiet street. Why pay up to 50% more for comparable beachfront homes when Still Waters offers all these amenities at a much lower price?
Still Waters was recently custom built by one of Northwest Florida’s premier builders. The husband and wife team take pride in their home. Having put their heart in Still Waters, their love for this special place shows in the exquisite finishes and personal touches both inside and out.
The lavish interior features an open living/dining/kitchen area with a cozy gas fireplace that has proved to be very popular with our guests. A half-bath is located on the 2nd floor for the convenience of your own guests and friends. An added bonus is a 2nd living area located on the 3rd floor for family gatherings or for the kid’s video game marathons. Both large and inviting living areas offer lots of large windows looking out over the ocean and multiple couches for snoozing in the middle of all the action. There is a large and well stocked kitchen that will delight any gourmet cook. Also, the third floor features a convenient morning kitchen! All five beautifully furnished bedrooms have private bathrooms with double sinks.
Multiple TVs/DVDs/VCRs and a stereo are available for entertainment. There is a large shaded under-the-house concrete parking area for FOUR vehicles! Prepare the day’s catch at your own fish cleaning area, and then roast them to perfection on your charcoal park-style grill! Freshen up upon returning from the beach in the enclosed and private outdoor hot and cold shower.

Great house. Clean and as pictured. Very clear path to the beach. More room by the pool than most I've stayed at. It was our 9th year at st George and all others were booked through the "big two" rental companies on the island. This house is the nicest I've stayed in- quality furnishings and materials. Kitchen was well appointed as well. Will stay again hopefully. Great for three or 4 couples. We had three couples and three kids (2 year olds x 2 and one 4 year old).Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Still Waters is a beautiful house in a perfect location. Everthing was just as was in the pictures and better. The kitchen was equipped very well for anything you want to cook. One night we had low country boil and had about 25 friends over and had room for everyone. We were here for the Chili Cookoff and was freezing so it was very nice to be inside around the fireplace. We hope to come back sometime when we can use the pool because it is lovely. Thanks for a wonderful timeRecommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our family reunion at this beautiful home. Everything was just as shown on the listing and clean. A great place to relax with family and take in some great fishing. Still Waters provided the perfect backdrop for the perfect wedding. The home was presented exactly for what it is... lots of room and space for privacy. We had 3 families staying here and no one felt crowded. Between the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the porches there was plenty to do without leaving! The decor was understated and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. We were able to entertain the night before the wedding with our out-of-town guests by having a cook out. Rain interrupted our beach wedding but we were able to have the ceremony in the house and it was still amazing! We were thrilled with our recent stay at Still Waters. The house is extremely well-appointed and decorated nicely. Our favorite features for our New Year's stay were the extra-large kitchen, the outdoor fireplace, and the hot tub. The house is well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. Beach access is quick and easy, even with having to cross the street. From the front porch you can get decent views of the ocean and can certainly hear the waves crashing on shore. The owners are quick to respond to questions or concerns and provided all needed information (address, phone number, door codes) well before our stay began. The description of the house was very helpful in making our choice for a vacation rental. It was perfect for 3 couples and a single . Each family unit had privacy, comfortable bedrooms, and their own bathroom. Having a kitchen/great room area, along with an upstairs sitting area and wrap around porches allowed everyone to enjoy our times together as well as providing a place to get away for reading, computer time , or watching a movie. Everything is clean and in good condition. The owner quickly responded to a minor difficulty with the fireplaces. The close proximity and views of the beach and the ocean were exactly what we were looking for. We would definitely recommend this house to friends and family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.
