Large house great for family reunions, retreats and weddings. 25 acres with a private 200 foot waterfall in the least populated and one of the highest counties in America. Many square miles of government land to play in and some of the most scenic real estate in America. Situated near the Cinnamon and Engineer Passes.
The property is at 10,000 feet with almost a 1000 feet of fall across from front to back. Fly fish out the door or hike to a 14eer a mile from the back door. Wildlife abounds; deer, elk, beaver, marmonts, moose, bear, big horns and rocky mountain goats. Truly an amazing relaxing place where the everyday pressures of life take a backseat to nature's splendor.
