Your cozy cabin rests on one acre with one master bedroom suite and two bedrooms upstairs separated by an additional full bath. Whether you are nestled in at the wood FIREPLACE PIT or outside in the jetted HOT TUB you are always relaxed here. Occasional Moose, deer. Many trees too. Wi-Fi and Satellite TV to keep in touch. TWO-night minimum stay is required.
You are only 2 miles from Grand Lake Village and even closer to Shadow Mountain Lake for snowmobiling and fishing. You want skiing? You are only 40 minutes from Winter Park and even closer to Silver Creek; your recreation and relaxation reign supreme while at your cabin!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in late Sep 07. The location is convenient yet private. The home was cozy, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub and an early season's snowfall. Overall a GREAT VALUE !! Highly recommended.

Very nice little place, we had a family reunion and this house was just fine for us, this listing was accurate, house clean, however the back yard area was unsafe, due to the deck building, gettin to the hot tub was not safe. The poor communication and non return of my deposit has spoiled the stay.

My family and I stayed here at the beginning of June. The cabin itself was as described, cozy and comfortable. The only downfall inside was the lack of a door on the master bedroom. The property outside left somethings to be desired. They were in the middle of building a deck and there was building material scattered around. Unfortunately there was also trash and broken bottles littered around the hot tub area leaving it a less then desirable place to hang out with the children. Other then that the stay was enjoyable. The big disappointment after our trip was the lack of response by the owner concerning the 'likely fully refundable' deposit. Many emails and phone calls all got the same response... complete silence. Haven't heard from the owners since before our vacation. My rating would have been higher if not for that.

We stayed with our three children and had an amazing time! The owners were so helpful and responsive to our questions and needs at the house. The hottub was clean and a lot of fun in the middle of the winter. We recommend this house to all our friends and can't wait to visit again ourselves.

We stayed here last weekend & had a very relaxing time. We brought our 2 golden retrievers with us they also enjoyed the outdoors. This cabin sits in a wooded area( we missed the driveway twice) we saw a herd of elk pass by the living room one morning! The master bedroom is off the kitchen area 3 steps down. It is large with a good size bath off it. The master bed was very comfortable. IThe cabin has a nice front porch with rocking chairs, we sat out there one evening & ate our dinner. The back porch is under construction & will be a nice addition when it is finished. We will stay here again.

Great cabin in a great location, close to RMNP. We loved the King size bed and front deck with the rockers. Very nice!

The cabin was cozy and we had a nice time relaxing in the hot tub, definitely spacious for larger groups. Owner was very responsive if we needed to contact him, even over a busy easter weekend. Lots of cool places a short walk to town, check out the Grand Lake Brewery! -Chris

We saw a deer with two fauns frolicking outside the kitchen when we woke up. The hummingbirds were busy at the feeders on the front porch. If you like a peaceful place with lots of wildlife along with peace and quiet, I suggest you give this reasonably priced home a try. The owners are very kind and most helpful.

This is an awesome house directly across the road from the lake, which has many recreational possibilities. Also is in close proximity to great hiking trails. House is well equiped and spacious. House was clean and offered many ameneties. The owner is close by and checked with us frequently to make sure our needs were being met. We would highly reccomend this property

I just wanted to take some time and let you know how much fun we had last weekend. The house was perfect and we were very comfortable. It was all we had hoped it would be. In the past, I’ve rented houses in the same area (with higher rental rates), but yours was be far the best. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.
