This house is beautiful and just as described! It was recently renovated and it shows. We had four couples with four boys under 5 years old and we had a great time. The bedrooms are large and two bedrooms shared a Jack and Jill bath without a problem at all. The living space is very open and the kitchen is huge! Plenty of space for making breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There are two tables, one for 4 in the breakfast nook and one in the dining area that seats 8, plus 4 bar stools. It is a short bike ride to the beach, but we had no issue with that. After being at the beach all day, our boys enjoyed the pool and were able to see the turtles and gators in the lagoon behind the house. The back deck is very large and the back yard is shaded so everyone could enjoy sitting outside. The neighborhood is great for bike riding...we enjoyed doing that every morning and evening. This is the first house we have rented in Hilton Head and we were all very happy without any complaints at all. I highly recommend this house!

This house is exactly as described! Beautifully decorated and very comfortable for the 4 adults and 3 children in our group. We felt right at home! Loved having a tv and dvd player in every room for the kids to fall to sleep with, a huge kitchen to make breakfasts and lunches, a laundry room so we weren't stuck with piles of dirty clothes upon arriving home, very private bathrooms, and a gorgeous back yard to enjoy complete with a pool, plenty of seating and lagoon views! We will definitely be staying here again next year! Highly recommend!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
