This lovely meticulously maintained oceanfront duplex home provides you with direct private access to Surf City's beautiful wide beach on the Atlantic. Living area includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a fully-eqipped kitchen, separate living & dining rooms and laundry area. A wrap-around deck offers views of the ocean, a covered deck and a large picnic table. Here you can enjoy the sights and sounds of the surf at its best, along with surf fishing directly in front of our house, beachcombing or just relaxing.
Vacation at this home and enjoy a great location, comfortable amenities, a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to various eateries and shops, including grocery shopping. A variety of attractions and activities can be enjoyed such as Fantasy Island Amusement Park and Arcade in Beach Haven, boat rentals, crabbing, miniature golf, movies, deep-sea fishing and more. You can explore our bird sanctuary at the southern end of LBI in Holgate, or visit our famous lighthouse in Barnegat Light. Regularly held concerts, along with arts and crafts shows, are held throughout the summer. Can't forget about the great bayside park for kids. Families please.
