Guesthouse has 2 bedrooms (one very large) and 2.25 bathrooms, also full gourmet kitchen, dining area, living room, jacuzzi tub, 2 decks, charcoal grill,very large space, high ceilings, lots of light, 2 tv's dvd player, stereo, vcr, use beach equipment and shared recreation area in barn.
This home is perfect for a vacationing family, main house comfortably sleeps 12 (or 14 could sleep on air mattress in library and on futon), guest house sleeps 4 in beds (8 with the two pull-outs). Homes are available together or seperately, and are oriented in opposite direction on large property for optimal privacy. Each property has its own yard, but share a play structure for kids. We are about 10 minutes from downtown Portland and about 10 minutes to exclusive Prout's Neck to the south, but less than one mile from restaurants and a general store. You can pick fresh raspberries in our garden, or cross the street and pick the strawberries and fresh vegetables from Maxwell’s farm.
