Hanging out in the unit and watching the Ferry go by. Playing ball in the backyard. Going out to beach at low tide and seeing the animals. Playing at the beach and then heading over to the swimming pool. Cooking at home and hanging out/relaxing. Playing games with my family or doing puzzles. One mile stroll/bike/drive to downtown Lewes for ice cream and shopping

Townhome was well appointed and well located within its community. Well situated for biking into Lewes, to Cape Henlopen and to the Dairy Queen. Would definitely return to this unit.

Completely renovated...it's NEW... Beautifully Furnished & Decorated!!! Unbelievable views!!! Great Kitchen, dining & living rm... Lots of space for a family or 2...wonderful Master-bedroom plenty of room for everyone including the lower level Guest Bedroom has a daybed that turns into a king size bed & has it's own private bath...acts like a 2nd Master-Bedroom The community has lots to offer...private pool, tennis courts, it's own private Pier & Beach & it's next door to Cape Henlopen State park...What a blast!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.
