Near Beach! Poolside! Perfect for Families or Golfers
Year Purchased: 2007
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We became enchanted with Kiawah one spring break when we drove up the east coast from Florida looking for the perfect place for a second home. When we arrived on Kiawah, we knew our search was over. It wasn’t any one particular thing – it was everything. For the girls, it was the beach. For Peter, it was the golf, and the biking. For Mary, it was the fact that the island is a nature conservancy. Alligators, turtles, bobcats, oh my! And for all of us, it was the serenity of a Kiawah sunrise, and the dolphins playing on the strand at Captain Sam’s inlet.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We don’t operate rental units – we open our homes to new friends. If you stay in our home we want you to feel right at home yourself. If we accomplish that, we have succeeded. We believe that you will find each of our homes to be the perfect base for exploring Kiawah and having the vacation of a lifetime. If there is anything you need, just let us know!
Owner's Map of Private Homes

The house was wonderful, just as advertised! Since ours was a January visit, the pool right out side the door was closed, but one can imagine how great that would be in warmer weather. Everything was there to meet any need. The house is very family friendly & is very nicely furnished & decorated. The owner personally took care of a problem with one of the TVs! We will be back and have recommended the property to several friends.

What a beautiful home! Thank you so much for having us! Sad to leave a place like this in Kiawah, but excited about following the drinking gourd back north on bicycles. Thanks for being here.

Tahnks so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home and beautiful island. Can't believe it was our first time on Kiawah Island. Alll of your recomendations were perfect, from lunch at the Ocean Course veranda ( on Joanie's birthday) to our dinner together at the Rosebank Cafe. Really can't thank you enough for making this so special a time. We loved riding bikes, exploring the island, admiring the beautiful homes and landscapes, shopping and on and on. The sunny days and beautiful evenings reminded us of the amaizing grace of our Lord. He is faithful. Thanks again - we can't wait to come back!
