I spent hours trying the find the perfect place for us to stay at a reasonable price on Kiawah and this was it! Can't wait to go back another year!

Recommended for:Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

The pictures do not do this house justice! This home is roomy and spacious. The bedrooms had everything we needed, and more. The second master suite on the 2nd floor was perfect for our kids to share. The kitchen was well outfitted and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. The foosball table in the basement was a fun surprise for a rainy day! Everything is available on the island...great grocery store, restaurants and a cute little pharmacy. The kids loved Night Heron Park and the nature center was really awesome. Of course, the star of the show was the pristine 10 mile beach and gathering shells. We loved it and can't wait to return.

The house was wonderful, just as advertised! Since ours was a January visit, the pool right out side the door was closed, but one can imagine how great that would be in warmer weather. Everything was there to meet any need. The house is very family friendly & is very nicely furnished & decorated. The owner personally took care of a problem with one of the TVs! We will be back and have recommended the property to several friends.

Thank you for making your hoiuse available to us. We had a wonderful time with bike rides, swimming, making new friends, meeting old ones, having time to talk and relax. The house and porches are beautiful!

It was the perfect getaway for our Spring Break. My mother traveled with us and the kids had a blast. No one wanted to leave! The house is very lovely, thanks again!

Tahnks so much for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home and beautiful island. Can't believe it was our first time on Kiawah Island. Alll of your recomendations were perfect, from lunch at the Ocean Course veranda ( on Joanie's birthday) to our dinner together at the Rosebank Cafe. Really can't thank you enough for making this so special a time. We loved riding bikes, exploring the island, admiring the beautiful homes and landscapes, shopping and on and on. The sunny days and beautiful evenings reminded us of the amaizing grace of our Lord. He is faithful. Thanks again - we can't wait to come back!

Thank you for having us at your beautiful home. We greatly appreciate your generosity. The house is in an amazing location, right beside the pool and close to great alligator ponds. The house made us feel so relaxed and at home and we always had something to do. The things we loved most were biking, swimming, playing cards in the living room, playing in the front yard, shopping, having great sleeps and being able to spend time with each other. We were so excited to come, but now that our triop is ended we are sad to go, but the memories of Kiawah 2008 will never leave us.

What a gorgeous home you have. It was a great surprise to have everything we needed. We felt right at home, but much warmer. We enjoyed the beach, walking, bike riding, kayaking, looking for sand dollars, Charleston, the tea plantation, the winery, and napping. We will not hesitiate to come back sometime and we'll tell all of our family and the friends who weren't here all about Kiawah and TurtleCon Too! Thank you for the fabulous accomodations.
