Our premium, luxury 3-bedroom poolside condo will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it’s also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.
Our vacation property, D405, is a desirable premium condo at Adagio, featuring extra privacy, a west facing, top floor corner with extra windows and lots of natural lighting, a gas fireplace, 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, and travertine marble floors. We have a spacious 1800 square foot three bedroom, three bath condo all furnished with king size beds, TVs and DVDs. We have a newly upgraded (2012) 55' Samsung LED HD TV in the living on the wall above the fireplace. You will enjoy our artistically decorated condo with antiques and designer furniture including a queen sofa bed in the living room. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and separate icemaker.
A large 300 square foot balcony overlooks an 8000 square foot three-tiered pool complete with large fountain and a partial view of the ocean. Take just a few steps to a beautiful white sand beach and a second 'infinity edge' Gulf front heated pool overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico 30 plus feet above sea level.
Adagio is located on Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County. It is on the Gulf in Blue Mountain Beach, one of many quiet and relaxed seaside communities that dot 30-A. There are no high rises in Blue Mountain Beach. Local folklore believed that Blue Mountain was named by the sailors who saw the beautiful blue flowers (Blue Lupine) that covered the huge white sand dunes, and used them for navigation from the Gulf. Another interesting part of 30-A is the many coastal dune lakes that are so rare they are only found in Walton County and remote portions of Africa. This 17-mile road, referred to as the 'Scenic Corridor', is probably one of the most beautiful drives you will ever experience. We are less than 15 minutes east of Destin/Sandestin and only 4 miles west of Seaside and Watercolor.
The Adagio community is located on the quieter, western end of Scenic Highway 30-A, with 580 feet of beautiful beach with many restaurants nearby. An onsite rental office is available for any needs you may have. An 18-mile biking and walking path runs along the property and connects to nearby Watercolor and Seaside. Bike rentals are available close by. Walk east or west on the beach to one of the dune lakes for fishing.

Spent a nice long weekend at this beautiful condo. We had thee couples and the condo was great since there are three king beds. It was comfortable and very well equipped. Loved the ice maker! Gorgeous, large deck overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend this condo for families or couples. Close to lots of restaurants.Recommended for: Families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a great time on our stay at Adagio. The unit (D405) was fantastic - very new, clean, well furnished, spacy, and comfortable - felt like home. All of the necessities were provided in the unit as far as the kitchen and linens go. We had a couple of very minor issues (the oven wasn't working and the washing machine was filled with sand when we arrived) but the owners were very accommodating and responsive. Thanks for that! Also, this location is really convenient to everything - Seaside / Grayton Beach / Santa Rosa Beach are all very close and Destin is just a short drive. Lots of great restaurants in the area. I'd definitely recommend this unit and will definitely be making a return visit to this unit ourselves.Owner response: Thank you JW for taking the time to post your great review. Had a great time using condo. No problems with condo, clean, well furnished, very nice. I enjoyed watching both sunsets and sunrises from condo. Being the end condo is a big advantage. The light from all the windows was a big plus. The deck was perfect for sunsets due to being on top floor and location. During our stay weather forecast was 0 to 10 % chance of rain, sunny low 90s, low humidity. The icemaker was a big surprise, another plus for this condo. Never had to wait for an elevator. This is a very family friendly place. Lots of little ones running around. Pools were never over crowded. I was always able to find a chair. The large hot tub was a used a number of times but never crowded if being used at all. I enjoyed having a fitness room on site. I liked the location of condo on 30a. it made it easy to go over to Destin or down to Panama city and st, andrews state park. Plenty of restaurants, enjoyed going down to seaside and eating on deck thereRecommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

We loved our stay at the Adagio! The condo was furnished beautifully and the beach was absolutely perfect. I have never seen the water that blue in Florida. The pool was very nice and not crowded at all. Will definitely be coming back!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This condo was beautifully decorated with warm colors. This corner unit had lots of windows, a huge balcony, and a partial view of the ocean. It had all of the comforts of home. In addition, the rooms were very clean. I especially liked that there was no carpeting, but marble floors throughout. This was very practical for a beach condo.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

This rental condo is everything described and more. A well appointed home with incredible sunsets, views of the gulf with sugary white beaches, and a rare sighting of a pod of dolphins just a few yards off shore were truly amazing. Close enough to Destin and Panama City Beach for great shopping yet far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Fresh seafood to purchase was another bonus. We felt very much in a home style environment that was truly luxurious. The owner was helpful throughout our wonderful experience. Golf is close by, reasonably priced, and challenging enough for any level of golfer. Late evening visits to the hot tub were fun. At this time of year, few guests/ owners made us feel as if we were owners of the entire complex. We are well travelled and said we would never go back to the same place as there are so many places to see but we just might make an exception for this one! We just returned from a great family vacation - 2 adults/3 kids(17/17/7). Everyone had a great time at the beach and pool. It was very nice to be able to go to the beach and then finish the day at the pool and/or hot tub. The condo looks identical to the pictures in the description. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were in very good condition and the beds were very comfortable. The condo has a very nice comfortable home feel. There weren't any issues with the condo or the complex. The only negative comment regarding the condo is lack of WIFI access. Luckily we had our own portable WIFI device otherwise it would have been very difficult to stay linked in with work and the teenagers would have drove me crazy without being able to post on Facebook. :) The Adagio complex is very well maintained as well. It's in a great location to explore 30-A. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would be very comfortable recommending it to friends. family and co-workers. We had a great vacation!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

My wife and I have 4 young children and our stay here was PERFECT. The pools and beach are great and staff very friendly and helpful. The condo is everything the description says it is and much much more and we will definetly be back next year. Beautiful condo in upscale, laid back community. We have been renting condos in the Destin/South Walton area for 15 plus years - this is by far, our family's favorite! Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, nice grills and the elevators are never crowded! Excellent location for visiting all the different beach towns up and down 30-A - perfect for riding bikes. A true home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: Greetings, This is our family vacation home and we love to share it with our guests. We keep our condo in top condition for the enjoyment of ourselves and our guests. We are northerners who discovered the 30-A beachside community and immediately fell in love with the pristine beaches and many activities available. We enjoy discussing with our guests this unique area and share what it has to offer including the best beach in the US, great restaurants, fantastic bike trails, tennis and golf.
