Our premium, luxury 3-bedroom poolside condo will comfortably accommodate a family of six. But it’s also perfect for three couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extra-spacious getaway for two.
Our vacation property, D405, is a desirable premium condo at Adagio, featuring extra privacy, a west facing, top floor corner with extra windows and lots of natural lighting, a gas fireplace, 10-foot ceilings with crown molding, and travertine marble floors. We have a spacious 1800 square foot three bedroom, three bath condo all furnished with king size beds, TVs and DVDs. We have a newly upgraded (2012) 55" Samsung LED HD TV in the living on the wall above the fireplace.You will enjoy our artistically decorated condo with antiques and designer furniture including a queen sofa bed in the living room. The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops with marble back splashes, gas stove and separate icemaker.
A large 300 square foot balcony overlooks an 8000 square foot three-tiered pool complete with large fountain and a partial view of the ocean. Take just a few steps to a beautiful white sand beach and a second "infinity edge" Gulf front heated pool overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico 30 plus feet above sea level.
Adagio is located on Scenic Highway 30-A in Walton County. It is on the Gulf in Blue Mountain Beach, one of many quiet and relaxed seaside communities that dot 30-A. There are no high rises in Blue Mountain Beach. Local folklore believed that Blue Mountain was named by the sailors who saw the beautiful blue flowers (Blue Lupine) that covered the huge white sand dunes, and used them for navigation from the Gulf. Another interesting part of 30-A is the many coastal dune lakes that are so rare they are only found in Walton County and remote portions of Africa. This 17-mile road, referred to as the "Scenic Corridor", is probably one of the most beautiful drives you will ever experience. We are less than 15 minutes east of Destin/Sandestin and only 4 miles west of Seaside and Watercolor.
The Adagio community is located on the quieter, western end of Scenic Highway 30-A, with 580 feet of beautiful beach with many restaurants nearby. An onsite rental office is available for any needs you may have. An 18-mile biking and walking path runs along the property and connects to nearby Watercolor and Seaside. Bike rentals are available close by. Walk east or west on the beach to one of the dune lakes for fishing.

We are original owners at Adagio. Adagio has become the place to stay along 30-A. The beaches of the Emerald Coast are the best we have ever seen. We had our choice of units to purchase and we were fortunate to get this top floor corner unit with a gulf view which we believe is the most desirable poolside unit at Adagio.

We utilize Southern Resorts as our local property manager so our guests will always have immediate service for any needs that may arise. They are available 24/7 and offer discount perks at golf courses and area attractions for our guests.
Semi private golf club which is a fun course with reasonable green fees. 10 minute drive from condo. They have tennis courts also.

This is our family vacation home and we love to share it with our guests. We keep our condo in top condition for the enjoyment of ourselves and our guests. We are northerners who discovered the 30-A beachside community and immediately fell in love with the pristine beaches and many activities available.
We enjoy discussing with our guests this unique area and share what it has to offer including the best beach in the US, great restaurants, fantastic bike trails, tennis and golf.

We just returned from a great family vacation - 2 adults/3 kids(17/17/7). Everyone had a great time at the beach and pool. It was very nice to be able to go to the beach and then finish the day at the pool and/or hot tub. The condo looks identical to the pictures in the description. It was very clean and well maintained. The furnishings were in very good condition and the beds were very comfortable. The condo has a very nice comfortable home feel. There weren't any issues with the condo or the complex. The only negative comment regarding the condo is lack of WIFI access. Luckily we had our own portable WIFI device otherwise it would have been very difficult to stay linked in with work and the teenagers would have drove me crazy without being able to post on Facebook. :) The Adagio complex is very well maintained as well. It's in a great location to explore 30-A. I would definitely stay at this condo again and would be very comfortable recommending it to friends. family and co-workers. We had a great vacation!

Adagio does provide WIFI at the pool area and we can get it on our balcony and some selected locations within our condo. We do provide broad band internet access via ethernet cable within the condo. My wife and I have 4 young children and our stay here was PERFECT. The pools and beach are great and staff very friendly and helpful. The condo is everything the description says it is and much much more and we will definetly be back next year. Thank you Steve and family for an AWESOME week.

Beautiful condo in upscale, laid back community. We have been renting condos in the Destin/South Walton area for 15 plus years - this is by far, our family's favorite! Plenty of room, beautiful grounds, nice grills and the elevators are never crowded! Excellent location for visiting all the different beach towns up and down 30-A - perfect for riding bikes. A true home away from home.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condominium (D405) at the Adagio the week of June 19, 2010! It was more beautiful in person than the photos online and I didn't think that was possible. It's extremely spacious with very comfortable beds and furniture as well as a huge balcony for eating meals and relaxing in the chaise lounges with a great book (and watching a big summer storm come and go). The kitchen is a cook's dream and nothing beats an ice machine at the beach! And I can't forget to mention the full size washer and dryer (a mom's treat!). Being on the 4th floor and a corner made for great openness and wonderful views! Blue Mountain is a great location! Only a 5 to 10 minute drive to Seaside on a busy day with Watercolor and Grayton Beach even closer. Big Kahuna's Waterpark in Destin is about a 30 minute drive. We have stayed at different resorts in the area including Watercolor and Seaside and your condo is by far the most beautiful, comfortable and relaxing place we have stayed. Our kids (ages 13 - 8) had a blast at the pools (I could see them from the balcony) and the beach was awesome. We were concerned about the effects the BP oil spill would have on our trip but we only experienced a very few tar balls (the size of tiny pebbles) on a couple of days but a crew came through and picked them up without disturbing our fun. Our boys rode the waves for hours on end! We hope that people will continue to visit this area and support all the wonderful restaurants and shops! We hope to book your condo again for our vacation next summer. Thanks again for the opportunity to stay at your condo and your hospitality!

My husband & I both agreed, this was the best vacation we'd ever taken together! Very clean, quiet, convienent, & fun. This unit is very bright, with lots of windows. Yet, it is still very private, since it is on the top floor. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed in this unit with another family (Total of 4 adults, 3 kids, 2 infants) for a week and absolutely loved it. The condo was beautiful; it overlooks the pool(s) (perfect)and was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Much nicer and quiter than Destin. We'll definitely be back!

This condo is BEAUTIFUL! We had such a great time. My first visit lasted only a few nights and I am so excited about our week-long stay in the summer!! The decor and cleanliness is beyond compare. You can tell a lot of attention was given to the small details. The balcony is huge and offers a great place to enjoy breakfast overlooking the pool. Adagio feels safe and secluded for privacy, yet very accessible to shopping and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a home away from home!

My husband and I rented this condo at Adagio with two other couples for the last week in August, which we highly recommend because the crowds have gone back to school. The unit was nicely furnished with all the comforts of home. It was especially good for us because each couple had their privacy - each bedroom has its own in-suite bathroom and king size bed. We really enjoyed the bike trails - biking to the nearby towns was a lot of fun, and having margaritas at sunset at Bud & Ally's in Seaside was a highight. We all play golf and tennis, and found the nearby Santa Rosa Beach Club. The highlight, of course, was the beach, which is the most beautiful we have ever been to. We can't say enough good things about Adagio and this particular unit - the location is great, the accommodations lovely, and we definitely will visit again.
