Our Villa, The Marbella Club is a luxury and exclusive beach front residential community located on the East Coast of "La Isla del Encanto," Puerto Rico.
A 1,720 square feet Ceiba Model, this is a very spacious and airy Villa with ocean view.
The Villa is located in the fourth floor of Andalucía building. Inside the Villa, from all of its areas you can enjoy stunning views of the blue water of the Caribbean Sea, the sandy beaches, and Vieques Island in the distance. During the afternoons you can enjoy of a beautiful sunset. Inside, the accommodations are elegant and comfortable.
Spacious living and dining areas professionally decorated. The fully –equipped kitchen is set with stainless steel appliances. This space opens completely onto a terrace from which the most spectacular ocean views are enjoyed. This Villa is fully equipped.
Two spacious bedrooms, located at both extremes of the Villa for maximum privacy, provide sleeping spaces for five. 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom is extra big with a magnificent view of the Caribbean, has a king size bed with HDTV, DVD player. The master bedroom has a large bathroom with shower bench, whirlpool, and double sink vanity with marble countertops.
The second bedroom has a king size bed, full private bath, kitchenette and garden view. It also has a twin sofa bed. Each bedroom is equipped with fans and individual air conditioning controls.
Cable TV, Stereo System, DVD, Wireless Internet Access, bed linen and towels, pillows.
You may forget all your cares at the beach front cascading swimming pool or have fun at three- headed dragon pool, sunning decks, a warm Jacuzzi, and BBQ area. You could also begin or continue fitness routine at the professionally equipped gym with muscle toning and cardiovascular machines for an intensive workout. Also The Cava is the ideal place for an intimate wine tasting as well as private dinner.
