My husband and I recently returned from our second stay at this property. Our first visit was last October. We re-booked on the basis of our experience then. We enthusiastically recommend this special place. The photos are completely accurate. The view from the terrace is simply fabulous. You are very close to the beach. The combination of surf and swaying palm trees is exceptionally wonderful and soothing. It was our absolutely favorite place to be. As for the rest of the accommodations, the furnishings are elegant, very clean, comfortable and comprehensive. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed or could possible think of, including coffee filters and dishwasher detergent. The king bed was comfortable. The second bedroom, which we didn't use, could easily sleep three. This most recent visit, we brought some DVDs to watch. Booking was very easy and straightforward. Evelyn was responsive throughout the process, including welcoming us at the condo and returning our security deposit promptly. Some additional observations and suggestions: Marbella Club property is beautifully maintained. Even in January it was very quiet onsite, which suited us fine since we wanted exactly this kind of tranquil getaway . The pools were never crowded. Golf courses and lots of other activities are nearby if that's your thing. There's a mini-market about 10 mins. away by car where you can stock up on most of the grocery basics, including wine and spirits. It served us well on both visits. I also recommend using a GPS if you're driving to Palmas/Marbella Club. Arrive in daylight if you possibly can. Palmas del Mar is a huge complex and it can be, well, complexing for the first-time visitor! We entered "Humacoa" and then "Candelero Drive" into our GPS. If you stay on Candelero Drive to the end, you're at the Marbella Club entrance.

Dear Ramon & Evelyn, Thank you for letting us rent your condo. It was very comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. The condo is even nicer in person than the photos online. It is beautifully decorated in Puerto Rican style and colors. We appreciated the snacks and delicious breakfast upon arrival! We enjoyed the tranquil beauty of sitting on the balcony and watching the sunrise in the morning. Evelyn is very quick at answering any questions or concerns. We have rented many condos through VRBO, and this one by far was the nicest. We were able to use the Beach Club facilities next door for a fee. My daughters loved the waterslides, waterworks play system, and pools there. We tried many restaurants in Palmas del Mar. Our favorites were the Tapas Bar at Anchor's Village and Pura Vida at the Palmanova Plaza. We also bought groceries at the Palmanova Plaza Market and enjoyed eating breakfast every morning at the condo. They have crisp vegetables and fruit, fresh baked bread, and delicious ice cream. We rented a car and went to El Morro National Historic Site, Old San Juan, El Yunque rainforest, snorkeling with East Island Excursions, Seven Seas Beach in Fajardo, and Punta Tuna Lighthouse via the scenic coast Highway 901. We had trouble using our Verizon phone in Puerto Rico. The signal was both weak and inconsistent. AT&T has much better coverage. So we bought a pre-paid phone from Wal-Mart for $10 which worked out well during our stay. We enjoyed our family vacation in Puerto Rico immensely. I am an experienced vacation renter, and this is the best experience I've had. Evelyn and Ramon were professional, helpful, and courteous. We especially appreciated all the little things that made our stay more comfortable: a drying rack on the balcony, beach toys for our little boy, welcome snacks and beverages, plenty of towels and kitchenware, wifi, and a washer and dryer right in the unit. The unit itself was clean, spacious, and very well-located. It was wonderful having such easy access to the beach and the beautiful swimming pools. We enjoyed day trips into Humacao, Luquillo, and El Yunque. I recommend renting a car if you plan to leave the resort, which you should. Puerto Rico has a lot to offer! When I told my 3-year-old we were leaving the next day, he was so sad. He said, "But I thought we were staying here!" He made us promise we'll be back some day.

Wow! This place was SO perfect for our two week family vacation. The accommodations were tastefully decorated and fit our high expectations to a tee. The view from the balcony alone was worth the stay, but to also know that the beach and the pools were a few steps from our building threw this place over the top. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to those looking to vacation in style. The landlords were a pleasure to work with as well. Absolutely perfect vacation!

Another wonderful vacation at Marbella Club

This was the second time I rented this beachfront villa. This time I brought my husband and 2 teenage children. A great time was had by all. Evelyn is a gracious host as always. The pictures are exact. The balcony is wonderful with beautiful view of the beach, you can hear the waves crashing and the breeze is wonderful! The secluded beach is the best part of this vacation. If you want more action, you can walk down to the Beach Bohio and get great drinks and local sandwiches. The local restaurants in Palmas are delicious, specifically Latina's and La Brucchetta. We drove to the Kiokos in Luquillo one day and had dinner at Richie's in Rio Mar. Both very close drives within 40 minutes or so. It's worth the trip!!! We even drove to San Juan to spend a day shopping while the kids flew kites at San Christobal fort. Then my daughter and I drove back again to San Juan for a day of shopping by ourselves (about a 50 minutes drive). We ate at our favorite local restaurant El Hibarito on Calle del Sol. Palmas del Mar is a great escape and Evelyn has so many suggestions on what to do and where to go. We would highly recommend her villa to family and friends. And plan on renting in Palmas again!

We got in late; Ramon and Evelyn were waiting for us. Some food and beverage was generously provided and appreciated, especially with 2 young children. The Villa is spacious with excellent view of the ocean and Vieques Island. Wi-Fi allowed email communications and Internet access. Owner provided excellent maps and assistance throughout our stay. Nice breeze, 4t floor, upper level. We had breakfast at the Beach Club, Pizza and Sushi at a Palmanova plaza within the resort, both good, won't break your budget. This home gets 7 stars. With the combination of an excellent price, the cleanliness and all-inclusive amenities, it deserves nothing less!

After looking at other properties I finally found exactly what I was looking for: concierge service, very clean, amazing views and the beach in front of me. This beautiful Condo gives you everything you need for an amazing vacation. The Concierge is very nice and available to you at any time and Evelyn, the owner responds as quickly as possible whenever you have a question. I’m a very particular person and I can assure you that this house is impeccable, it’s fully furnished and equipped with all necessary things. The beach is spectacular! I felt very safe in the neighborhood where everybody is friendly; I think that the price is perfect for all that the Villa comes with. I felt so good in this Villa that I felt as I was in my own house. The pools are very good clean. I definitely recommend this Villa to anyone with my eyes closed; thanks to Ramon and Evelyn for maintaining your Beach Villa in excellent conditions for us clients. I will definitely come back to this beach front paradise!

Unforgettable Vacation in the Marbella Club!!

Just returned to Canada form The Marbella Club. Our vacation relaxing!!! Round of golf, excellent and my wife love the Spa at Los Lagos. We enjoy the 4th floor view and the breezes in the balcony into the night. Some night we order delivery food from Blue Hawaii and the Flying Pizza, stay relax with the kids and and enjoy the views having dinner. We went to PHA Movie Night. Admission was free, very good experience. The Palmas Mart, at Palmanova Plaza had all you need for stay at home and cook. Best burger near Tennis Court. We went out to try local food. Owner recommended a sea food restaurant in Naguabo, Makito. Best fish and lobster!!. I want to mention that the owner left us new bath towel and linen. The Villa was very clean, comfort, spacious and luxury decorated. Owners were waiting us for keys arrangement with a welcome cocktail and cubano sandwiches for the kids, that was very kind and well appreciate. Second night when we return from our deep sea fishing trip we find DVD, s movies for the kids. They love Tangled and Pop Goes Thomas!!!! I miss sunny days, stunning views and The Marbella Club…

The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating. This house is amazing and very clean equipped with many things such as soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, towels, beach towels, pool toys, beach chairs, laundry soap, kitchen supplies, and many others. It is close to many restaurants and grocery stores. There is wireless internet in the house which was used every day to email the beautiful pictures to everyone back home. It has 2 bathrooms/showers which was very convenient for everyone getting ready. The pools were fun for everyone! It was the perfect place to stay and the perfect for us. I would recommend this Villa to anyone. Thank you Evelyn for everything!! Felt just like home!

My three girlsfriends and I just spent celebrating our birthdays at Marbella. What a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, the ocean views and pool were beautiful, and the local restaurants recommended by the owner were delicious. The owners went above and beyond in making our stay perfect. The condo pictures were exactly as pictured. The condo was immaculate. I plan to rent this unit again next year, and hope it is still available during the week I want!!!

After reviewing a number of potential places to stay in PR-we decided on The Marbella Club 341 due to several factors that actually remained true as advertised. The location of the condo was ideal: within a fine resort, close to El Conquistador Hotel, El Yunque Rainforest, and Luquillo Beach. Short drives to fabulous attractions from San Juan & points east. We miss our ocean views on the balcony and times on the lovely beach. Idyllic! Mornings and evenings spent dining on the balcony watching the waves lap at the beach! Swimming and sunning in two pristine pools that we literally had all to ourselves for a week! Just like our own private resort. Clean, comfortable villa with plenty of room for our family. The villa was beautiful, and actually much nicer than even in the pictures. It was nicely equipped, with enough dishes, towels, toiletries, etc. Just what we needed: fun for our teenagers and relaxing, peaceful time for us grownups. We had a fabulous time and will definitely be back! Gracias.

My family of 5 got back from Palmas del Mar, in Puerto Rico. This was our third time in Palmas del Mar but our first in the Marbella Club. This is a great property, clean and comfortable! We spent 10 days at Villa 341 in The Marbella Club. Everything that Evelyn and Ramon said about the condo is true! All photos post in the Web Page are the same and updated. Absolutely everything about the area was also true. The condo was exceptional and the stay was spectacular. The owner responded quickly. My mother in law, she is 77 years old, went for her first time to Puerto Rico. She got from the Owner, every attention that she need included a wheelchair! Evelyn was very accommodating and caring. The place was completely secured, private and really safe. The beds were comfortable and all the amenities where at hand. We have so much fun and relaxation in this exclusive resort! I recommend Marbella Club to anyone who wants a relaxing vacation experience, and I especially recommend Villa 341 and this property for a great beachfront experience.

We truly enjoyed our two week vacation at Evelyn and Ramon's Marbella unit. It was spacious with a beautiful ocean view. Evelyn was helpful and quick to respond to our every request. Francis was helpful in getting us t-times and a golf cart. The unit is located at one end of the beach so it is fairly quiet which was what we were looking for. The beach was cleaned daily, the water was clear and warm. It was a very enjoyable vacation. Thanks for the beer, wine and snacks, it was an unusual treat. Hope to see you next year. We rented this Villa for a month. They were our most exciting vacations in Palmas del Mar. Just like a home away from home. Everything imaginable was cover. The Villa is very cozy, luxury and in excellent conditions and very clean. The kitchen fully equipped with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, coffee maker, juice maker, toaster, blended and a George Forman grill. We had new linen and towels when we arrive. My kids 3 and 5 years found beach toys for them left by owner. My kids were so happy and enjoyed so much our stay. Concierge service is excellent. The resort is safe and quiet. The 4th floor views are amazing and the beach is steps away. The Wine Cava is a must! Evelyn and Ramon, Owners, were extremely helpful always. Definitely we will come up to Villa 341 next year.

After looking and looking properties in Palmas del Mar we finally decide to stay in The Marbella Club 341. We found exactly we were looking for: excellent service, very clean, with a stunning ocean view from the entire Villa including the master bedroom and beach walking distance. Beautiful gardens, 2 pools, and a gym complement our vacation. Evelyn, owner of this Villa, is an excellent host. We have a delay flight from Canada, arrived to San Juan at 4:00 am. They wait for us at the airport and went with us to the Villa. This was our first time to Puerto Rico and we didn’t know the island. They were extremely helpful. High speed internet wireless make my husband feels like near office. The Villa also have Plasma TV, s, DVD player, IPOD player, a lot of DVD movies, books, dominoes, paddles, Tennis balls and extra golf ball.When we got there we were very tired and staving. We find fresh fruits, juice, puertorrican coffee, milk, creamer, cottage cheese, bread, bagels, ham and cheese, you name it. And also for next day we have sodas, puertorrican candies, local beers Medalla and a bottle of Sangria La Cantara, a wine cocktail from Caguas. Delicious!!! All compliments of owners. We rented this Villa for 3 weeks, our most exciting vacations in Palmas del Mar. Just like a home away from home. The Villa is very cozy, luxury and in excellent conditions and very clean. The kitchen in excellent conditions with stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave oven, Coffee maker, juice maker, toaster, blended, George Forman Grill, etc. We had new linen, towels, and comforters. Included toys for our 3 and 5 years kids! They were so happy when they find it. Owners Evelyn and Ramon were extremely helpful always. This resort is safe and quiet. Concierge service is excellent and also the, pool attendant. The 4th floor view is amazing and the beach is steps away. You have to visit The Wine Cava. We also enjoy nights and days activities with friends and family. We have been visiting The Marbella Club for 4 years. This was the first time in Villa 341 and we recommended. My husband and I and our two adult children and son's fiance had a wonderful time at Marbella. The villa was professionally decorated and well equipped. Renting directly from the owner was effortless. Contracts and information was relayed professionally. The ocean view was to die for! We live in Florida, so we are very familiar with beach living. I would recommend renting this villa for anyone interested in a relaxing, upscale community.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. Previously we rented through a real estate office, but by going with the owner, we got a much nicer place for less money. The complex is one of the newest ones at Palmas, so everything is modern, clean and in good working order. The villa was beautifully appointed and very comfortable. Owner is easy to reach by cell phone (although reception in villa is iffy) and she is very helpful. She greeted us when we arrived and personally showed us around the villa. Great views from the balcony and Master bedroom. Can sit there and watch and hear the ocean. Two beautiful pool areas and whirlpool, plus an uncrowded beach. We love Palmas, but you should know that there's not much in the way of grocery stores (better to stock up on your way down or in San Juan) and restauarants are OK not great. We cooked most of the time, went to David's Cookies for Latte's in the morning, and went out several times in Palmonova Plaza. The water here is fairly rough, which for us is a lot of fun, body surfing and all. Can do surfing, fishing and snorkeling at Palmas, but not windsurfing or parasailing which require a drive to Loquillo or San Juan. Great place to relax and be pampered at the spa. Horseback riding is great, golf, tennis and fitness good too. Enjoyed a visit to El Yunque and Old San Juan, as well. Thanks for a great Christmas holiday!

We spent one week in this wonderful apartment in the Marbella Club and highly recommend it. The apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped with first rate appliances, and situated in the most secluded and beautiful part of Palmas del Mar. The pools and beach just outside the apartment building were clean and pleasant, and the Marbella Club staff were all very friendly and helpful. The owners were prompt, professional, and a pleasure to work with.
