Beautiful and serene Kalaheo House in the farmland hills of Kalaheo. Half a mile from the main highway, a five minute walk to the shops and restaurants of Kalaheo. A fifteen minute scenic drive to Poipu Beach. Just ten minutes from local charming Koloa Town. Twenty minutes from Lihue airport. Located centrally on Kauai on the south side.

Bucolic farmland house overlooking pastures and hillsides, very quiet and peaceful. Full kitchen. Master bedroom and loft have Cal.King "tatami mat" beds with wool mattresses, or cotton if preferred, perfect for Kauai's tropical weather. Three other bedrooms have the same bedding in Queen size. There is an Ethernet modem in the loft, and a TV and DVD-VCR player in the living room, master bedroom and loft. There are two full bathrooms downstairs, the new first level bath is handicapped friendly, and there is a half-bath upstairs. The spacious and well appointed lanai is perfect for sunrise breakfast or cool drinks while viewing the sunset on the mountains.

We offer the house beginning at $185 per night for up to two guests. Additional guests to a maximum of ten guests are $25 each per night. A standard cleaning fee of $185 applies for stays of up to one week for one couple.
Rent for two or up to ten guests.

Beds	King Bed (2): Master Bedroom and Loft have Cal King Tatami Mat beds with post frames. These are very comfortable for tropic weather on Kauai. Queen Bed (3): Second bedroom on first level and two upstairs rooms have Queen Sized Tatami Mat Beds with post frames. Also, these are the most comfortable beds for Kauai tropic weather.

Lanai: Very large wooden lanai for the house guests. Lanai furniture allows breakfast on the lanai and sunset drinks over the setting sun on the pasture land and mountainside. Very nice arrangement.
View/Location	Mountain View: Beautiful and very quiet, peaceful pasture land view at mountains of Kalaheo. Horses, cows, sheep, and grazing stock on the mountainside are great to watch while enjoying a cool drink from the lanai.
Communications	Telephone Free Long Distance: Telephone is available for calls to mainland and Canada and inter-island at no extra cost. International calls must use a calling card. Broadband Internet: Ethernet router is installed on the property. Please bring your laptop and hook up to the free internet service.
Suitability	No Pets Allowed Handicapped Accessible: The downstairs bathroom shower is acessible to wheelchairs and walkers, as is the wash sink, although the kitchen counters and most other improvements are in standard dimensions. Wheelchair Accessible: The new first level bathroom is now entirely tiled and equipped withe handicapped bars and a burmed-entry shower unit with no shower dam to obstruct walkers or wheelchairs, and the shower head is adjustable to any height. The slight rise in the elevation of the shower sideor "burm", rather than a "shower dam", makes a wheelchair accessible to the shower. Please contact the owner about needs so owner may arrange a ramp for the entrance steps at the drive. Kid Friendly: Kids are great. Be aware of the stairs when children are present. The stairs are one flight up to the loft and bedroom area and are carpeted. Children must be under supervison at all times. Smoking Not Allowed: No smoking allowed on the premises.
