The villa is awesome!!! We all love the scene from the veranda which is breath taking.. The location is a bit remote and not easily located by the sat navigation but manage to locate the villa with proper direction of your wonderful and caring staff. The villa is beautiful and has a balance mixture for the taste of tired adults and energetic teenagers. Our kids love the place and don't want to leave , they love your gadgets and prefer to stay at the villa rather than tour around Rome with their boring parents. This villa is a perfect place to unwind and relax with your teenage kids. Defenitely we will come back to this villa on our next holiday in Rome.. Two thumbs up!!!!Owner response: tanks a lot elena

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub 2011 in dieser wunderbaren Villa verbringen dürfen und waren restlos begeistert. Ein wunderbarer Blick direkt auf die gegenüberliegende Sommerresidenz des Papstes und auf das dahinter gelegene Mittelmeer ... ein Traum. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt, vom Innenpool, über Home-Cinema, Solarium, Wii-Anlage bis hin zu diversen Flachbildfernsehern in fast jedem Zimmer. Der Ausblick vom großen Schlafzimmer ist fantastisch, ein riesiges Panoramafenster verschönt jedes Einschlafen und Aufwachen. Einen einzigen Nachteil hat diese wunderbar gelegene Villa, sie ist über einen Waldweg zu erreichen, der bei Regen sehr schnell aufweicht und dann schwierig zu passieren ist. Wir haben einen ML und keine Probleme aber mit einem anderen Auto hätten wir wahrscheinlich nach einem sehr regnerischen Tag Probleme bekommen. Zudem ist das Klima auf dem Berg kühler als in der Ebene, so dass wir kaum morgens oder abends ohne Pullover und lange Hose auf dem Balkon essen konnten/wollten. Der Housekeeping-Service ist sehr freundlich und unaufdringlich. Die Kaution konnte bei Ankunft als Scheck hinterlegt werden, der restliche Mietbetrag wurde in bar ebenfalls bei Ankunft bezahlt. Nach Rom braucht man ca. 30 Minuten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im Dorf in ausreichendem Maß vorhanden. We enjoyed our stay in villa Stupenda in Rocca di Papa, The view is very beautyful with a very large terrace and so is the house. You have a direct look on the summer palace of he pope in Castel Gandolfo! It is indeed a very luxery and large estate. We enjoyed the swimmingpool/wirltube and the movie(projector)room.My son played racing games on the big flatscreen (1 of the 9 flatscreens in the villa) in the living room. Beautiful bedrooms with own toilet and shower or bath, very clean. And every day fresh eggs from own chickens The housekeepers are very friendly, cooperative and discrete.Everything you need or want is there. And situated only 20 minutes from Ciampino airport. The weekly rent ranges from 2000 to 3000 euros, depending on the amount of people using the house and the time of year. The interim dividend 30% to stop the villa, balance 10 days before entering. Collateral damage: $ 1000 check that is returned on the day of departure.
