We own 3 lofts in the same building that can be rented together or individually to meet your needs: Loft 103: 3 bed, 2 bath, + sofa sleeper, contempoary design, 1429 sqft Loft 311: 2 bed, 2 bath, + sofa sleeper, modern design, 1174 sqft Loft 313: 2 bed, 2 bath, + sofa sleeper, lodge design, 1174 sqft Each loft comes with two reserved indoor parking spaces, private south-facing balconies and mountain views. With free WiFi, TV/DVD's w/cable, a fax machine, free long distance and many other exceptional features, we have designed this loft to meet all of your vacation rental or corporate housing needs. The lofts are in the new Water Tower Village area and is perfectly situated between downtown Denver and the mountains just one mile off of I-70. The address is 7931 W 55th Ave, Arvada, CO. Water Tower Village is situated in the heart of a charming urban setting. You can walk to an array of stores, a 14 screen movie theatre and restaurants right in the neighborhood or catch the Olde Wadsworth RTD Park & Ride for a swift commute to downtown Denver or the rest of the Denver area. Olde Town Arvada offers evening and seasonal entertainment throughout the year, such as the Farmer’s Market, Gold Strike Festival, National Night Out, and Harvest Festival. Check our website for links to more information on activities right out the back door. Within a mile are many parks, bike trails, a new library and Costco. Within a five mile drive you can find several grocery stores, Super Target and the large new Colorado Mills shopping center. All lofts have south-facing mountain views of the continental divide and open floor plans. All have 1 or 2 private balconies and two reserved parkings spaces. All three lofts have the same luxury amenities. All lofts include: Master bedroom with a queen bed, walk-in closet, TV/DVD/cable, phone, private bath and private balcony (Loft 104 only) Second bedroom with a queen bed, TV/cable, phone and walk-in closet Full size kitchen stocked with place settings for eight persons and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Family room with a 32" television or larger, DVD/VCR, cable and sectional with a fold-out sofa bed Loft 103 only includes a third bedroom/office with a queen bottom/twin top bunk bed, fax machine, phone and desk All guests will also have full access to the community clubhouse that is 100 feet from the front door of the building. Enjoying Beautiful Colorado VRBO Bear stayed here - 02/15/2007 - on site review: Ah, beautiful Colorado! Come stay at one of these three beautiful lofts and you too can experience this magnificent city as I did. It is a great location in Old Town Arvada, central to Golden & Denver, with in walking distance to a variety of restaurants, shopping and a movie theater near by. You can even take a day trip and go skiing at one of the many ski resorts in the mountains. I know you’ll really love these lofts as I did because they have the conveniences of a hotel, but with plenty of space to spread out. It is not hard to relax and feel right at home. These lofts are wonderful accommodations to use for the business traveler, visiting relatives in town, or a nice weekend getaway. Each loft is well furnished, nicely decorated and has its own unique theme. I loved the floor to ceiling windows in every room overlooking the city, and the drapes that decorated them so nicely. I was equally impressed by the beautiful bedding in each of the bedrooms along with a stereo and television for added comfort. There is also a balcony outside where you can sit and drink your coffee and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. The owner was very helpful by providing a book of information with area attractions, building information, local restaurants and tourist websites. You can also expect great hospitality when staying at any of these three lofts. I hope you come and visit and get to experience Denver and all it has to offer.
