The lofts are in the new Water Tower Village area and is perfectly situated between downtown Denver and the mountains just one mile off of I-70. The address is 7931 W 55th Ave, Arvada, CO. Water Tower Village is situated in the heart of a charming urban setting. You can walk to an array of stores, a 14 screen movie theatre and restaurants right in the neighborhood or catch the Olde Wadsworth RTD Park & Ride for a swift commute to downtown Denver or the rest of the Denver area. Olde Town Arvada offers evening and seasonal entertainment throughout the year, such as the Farmer’s Market, Gold Strike Festival, National Night Out, and Harvest Festival. Check our website for links to more information on activities right out the back door. Within a mile are many parks, bike trails, a new library and Costco. Within a five mile drive you can find several grocery stores, Super Target and the large new Colorado Mills shopping center.
All lofts have south-facing mountain views of the continental divide and open floor plans. All have 1 or 2 private balconies and two reserved parkings spaces. All three lofts have the same luxury amenities.

All guests will also have full access to the community clubhouse that is 100 feet from the front door of the building. The clubhouse will have a workout facility, outdoor pool (seasonal), sundeck and hot tub.
