Beautiful, brand new home in Blue River, three miles South of Breckenridge. This high-end home has been professionally decorated and finished with quality touches such as stainless appliances, jetted tub, hardwood floors, marble and granite bathrooms, moss rock gas fireplace and more.
The ground floor has a sports locker to safely store all of your equipment at the entrance. There is a den with a TV, and fold out bed. It is a great place for the kids to play, or watch TV. There is a full bathroom on the ground floor. The main floor has an open kitchen/dining/living room with a large deck, and breathtaking views of Mt. Quandry.
The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you would need to cook and there is a dishwasher to help with clean up. The living room has a large moss rock gas fireplace, and a leather sofa that folds out to a full bed.
The master suite is also on the main floor. It is spacious, and has a large deck with views of Mount Baldy. There is a walk-in closet, double sinks in the bathroom, and a jetted tub, finished with natural marble tile.
The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed, one with a full, and a full bathroom, also finished with marble and granite. There is a television in one of the rooms.
The lot is open with fantastic views of Quandry, Baldy and the Breckenridge Valley. You are very close to town, but far enough away that you truly get the 'Rocky Mountain High'.
