Located right off of 30-A, you are steps from bicycle paths that will take you to 18 mile stretch of premium restaurants and shopping and is just minutes from the sights and sounds of Seaside, Watercolor and Grayton Beach.
Sippin’ & Sunnin’ is truly a home away from home. Its special touches include plantation shutters throughout to provide both privacy and sunshine, 18” ceramic tile flooring throughout the first level and private porches off of the front living area and master bedroom on the second story. This professionally decorated gem is both cozy and comfortable with rich iron and wood furniture accents including luxury fabrics that create an ideal tropical beach inspired décor. Comfortable living room seating includes a full size sofa (with pull out bed) and two comfortable lounging chairs. The fully equipped armoire includes TV (satellite equipped), VCR, stereo and CD/DVD player. Nearby is the dining room that seats 6 with additional barstool seating available at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is state of the art and comes fully equipped with all necessary conveniences including microwave, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and extensive utensils and glassware.
The downstairs bedroom hosts a king size bed, full closet, TV and an adjacent full bath. Upstairs has three bedrooms: one king and two queens. All bedrooms and baths have luxury linens coordinated to fit the tropical theme throughout the house. The master suite includes carved wood bed frame, nightstands and dresser. Ample drawer space is available. Nice size bath with stand-up shower, bath and plenty of drawers/cupboards. Enjoy a glass of wine before bed sitting on the rocking chairs located on the private patio outside the master suite!
Our cottage also comes with an outdoor grill and outdoor shower perfect for rinsing off after a fun filled day at the beach. If you can’t get totally get away from the office, high speed Internet/DSL is available at no charge.
My family has had many happy memories in this house. My husband and I both travel extensively in our professions and have stayed in many luxury hotels, rental properties, etc. We purchased this property because we found a slice of heaven in Old Florida Village. You won’t be disappointed. Our cottage isn’t just another rental property. We love to visit Sippin’ & Sunnin’ time and time again because it truly feels like home. |
