The 3 bedroom Terrace vacation home has a newly remodeled kitchen and living room looking out on the lanai and beautiful bay views. The Lanai has a table and chairs for two, a table for 4 and a grill. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 full baths and 2 balconies. You'll also be able to relax in the Hot Tub after your day at the beach or sightseeing.
There are Queen beds in each bedroom, plus we have a single and queen size airbed and a crib for flexibility on sleeping arrangements.
The gourmet kitchen includes a coffee pot and grinder, microwave, toaster oven and a variety of pots and pans, everything you'll need to enjoy your tropical vacation.
The lanai is a great place to enjoy morning coffee, a good book, or supper off the grill. We watch the boats go out, the planes take off and the water changing patterns as the tide goes in and out.
We also have a one-bedroom Guest House and 5 bedroom Villa on the estate. These vacation homes are on a private two-acre estate overlooking the Kaneohe Yacht Club, the Bay and Ocean. Also on the property is a basketball court and the 3 car garage is converted into a game room for all guests to enjoy.
The views are spectacular. People who have stayed with us comment how great it is to be above it all! It is easy to relax up here.

My husband and I were overwhelmed by the beauty of this place overlooking Kaneohe Bay. Our hosts Sally and Nick made us feel welcome before we even arrived with their attention to details and communications with them. This was our first experience with this type of lodging and I can say we will never stay at a hotel or condo on Oahu again as long as this place is available. We stayed in the guest house above the game room. Everything we needed was provided for, coolers, beach mats, etc. I felt as if we were staying with Family instead of renting. The price was very reasonable for that area of Oahu. We will be back!

We had a delightful week based at this property. We were two couples (parents and married kids), in Hawaii to attend a wedding. Parents stayed in the guest house upstairs, and the kids in the new apartment directly below. Both units good for a couple. The guest house (up) is light, airy, and quiet. Its wrap around balconey has a world class, panoramic view, which is a perfect for watching sky and sea and operations at the air base accross the bay. Both units were clean, well maintained, and everything we used worked. Sally and Nick (owners ) were very pleasant, helpful, attentive, while respecting our privacy. The new ground floor apartment was a clean and roomy enough, but relatively dark and a little musty -- not a good choice for a vacation trip in Hawaii unless you will spend most of your time outside the apartment. Since we like to cook, we found the guest house cooking arrangements a bit basic and cramped, but no crisis. There are plenty of comfortable places to sit and eat inside and out, especially while enjoying the gorgeous view. This property is at the top of a very steep entrance drive, so every trip ends with an epic climb, but the view is worth it! There was plenty of sports gear and games in the game room. We saw but did not use the TV, computer access, hot tub, and other amenities. Reservation and financial details at both ends were handled promptly and with professionalism. There were other guests in the 3 Beroom big house during part of the week, but neither their coming and going (the parking area was below our balconey) nor their activities at the house adversely affected the comfortable atmosphere. This was a fine place for adults. You must have a car for shopping, sight seeing, eating out, and trips to town. This was an excellent base for day drives to beaches and activities all around the island, and nice cycling rides. If we come back to the island, we will return. This complex, including the guest house, apartment, and the 3 bedroom house would be ideal for a group of friends, or a family renuion. All in all, a good value.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway.
