  Bren and Bri Liverpool England june 09 this condo is fantastic and Ron and Michelle were very helpful in making our booking simple and helping us have a fantastic holiday, thanks again. The condo itself is a must – I viewed other condos whilst there but none had the luxury fittings, TVs, dvds or furnishings as Ron and Michelle’s. The condo is on the top floor level 3, is very quiet and has a lovely balcony with table and chairs and a sunlounger overlooking palm trees. Even though it was hot you could sit in the mornings and enjoy a relaxing breakfast. If you get a rain shower or fancy a relaxing time in, then you have the advantage of a large screen tv with all channels and dvd player with films or books to read. There are games and a console in the spare room for children. The décor is beautiful and the huge bed is the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Everything was really clean, good quality towels even the pool towels. The pool area is lovely and the clubhouse has a free pool and football table and is nice and cool from the hot midday sun. Cane island is ideal for anyone wanting to explore theme parks and if you haven’t got a car then you can catch the lynx bus 56 at the top of the road which costs 2dollars for a transfer ticket and takes you straight to magic kingdom about 15 mins, once there you can catch a bus to any of the parks including sea world, so no need for a car and no parking fees. There are several restaurants at the top of the road, macaroni grill is very good and more formal, whilst chilis does great food at very reasonable prices and has 2 for 1 drinks on beer and margarita’s all day. Also 2.50 soda with free refills. The cracker barrel was a lovely old store that did great breakfasts and dinner old town kissimme is about 15 mins walk and is great to visit on a sat evening when they have the vintage car parade, live music and dancing. For those with a car a trip to St. Augustine a 2hour drive north is a must it is the oldest in Florida with lots to see and do. You can take a boat trip and watch the dolphins; visits nationals park, museums, or dine in the quaint restaurants and inns. It is a lovely drive along the coast. We had a great time and will definitely come back to this condo. It has all the luxury at a great price and is in a fabulous location.

  My family had a great time during our recent stay at this condo. It was very clean and exactly as described. Just a short distance from Disneyworld, the location was very convenient. The pool and clubhouse were great as well. The owner was very quick to respond to my inquiry and all transactions were smooth and timely. I would definitely stay again.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

  We just spent a week at this gorgeous condo in Kissimmee. We used a GPS and had no problems finding the condo. There was ample parking in the lot right next to the building. When we walked in, I was extremely impressed by how nicely decorated the unit was. There are so many little details, from the artwork to the beautiful furnishings that really make you feel like you stepped into a luxury hotel suite. I love the marble counter tops in the kitchen and bathrooms and I'm not sure what kind of tile they have in the dining/ living area (slate perhaps), but it's really nice. The beds are so comfortable which was like heaven after long days at the Disney and Univeral theme parks. We were able to return to the condo just about every evening and prepare dinner in the very efficient kitchen. There is a dishwasher which was a great time-saver for quick clean-up after meals. My husband who is a chef and enjoys BBQ'd steaks and burgers found a small outdoor grill in the laundry-room closet. We purchased a small camping propane tank and enjoyed two meals out on the balcony during our stay. They have everything you need to prepare a meal and then some! Having the in-unit laundry facilities were a great benefit. The tv in the living room area is big and has a great picture. We had no problem connecting the the wireless internet and were grateful for the free calling to Canada. There is tons of storage space with three large walk-in closets located in each of the two bedrooms and one near the door. The two bathrooms and bedrooms have lots of drawers for storage too. It was extremely quiet while we were there. We only saw the occupants just across the hall on our last 2 days there. They were very friendly, asking us where we were from, etc. The pool just behind the clubhouse was well used my my husband and 8 year old daughter. They said the water was a nice temperature. They loved the hot tub as well and my husband enjoyed the sauna. I lazed around on the deck chairs by the pool on our last day and it was pretty quiet. The entire resort property is very clean. There is a beautiful little lake right behend the pool area. The location is fantastic with regards to the theme parks, shopping and dining. The pharmacy just down the street was very handy for us. Ron was a pleasure to deal with. I had to contact him a couple of times to make slight changes to our arrival/ departure dates and he was always very courteous and got back to me within a couple of hours if not sooner.

  My husband and I were lucky enough to stay in this beautiful condo for 4 weeks - it was our first time to Florida and we didn't know what to expect. We couldn't believe it when we walked into the condo - we kept getting lost at first! Everything was as described (and better!) - the kitchen was extremely well equipped - there was an abundance of towels - for bath and beach - and the bedroom was very very comfortable. It was lovely to have the two bathrooms as I prefer a bath and my husband a shower so we were really pampered! Cane Island is in a perfect position for walking out to restaurants at night (literally just around the corner) and also for the mile walk to Old Town Kissimmee which we did on Saturday night - the atmosphere was electric with the vintage car parade and bands playing. The condo was a lovely quiet retreat to come back to after the noise of the parks - we dined in quite a lot and by the end of the holiday we felt so 'at home' we were very sad to leave. We had a car so driving to the Disney parks only took 10-20 minutes and Universal was about 25 minutes away. We also visited Blue Spring Park to see the manatees (they are there during the winter) and also visited beautiful Mount Dora and Winter Park. Our favourite place was Celebration - just about 10 minutes away - we loved to take a picnic there and walk round the beautiful lakes watching the birds. To cap it all the weather was almost perfect - we just had one day of rain and one rather chilly weekend, but we were lovely and snug in the condo. There is absolutely nothing to dislike about the condo and it would be perfect too for a family with children as the children's room has an adjoining room with Disney toys. Thank you so much Ron for letting us stay there - we have had many holidays, but this was one of our very best!

  The condo is located near everything you could want. Shopping, Disney, Universal, and restaurants are very close. Ron was a pleasure to work with. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

  I stayed at Cane Island with my wife and 2 children and can say that the condo lived up to the great reviews and photo's. We were very impressed with the standard of the accommodation, it has a great personal touch that makes you feel like you're in a home and not a hotel. It had all the amenities that are needed for that home from home feel. TV's in all rooms, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron etc!!! The kitchen facilities were also great, with everything you would need. The children loved their room and really made good use of their own bathroom and play/walk in wardrobe room. The main bedroom also had an en-suite and walk in wardrobe, so plenty of storage for clothes. We used the communal pool area a few times and was impressed with this also. The condo is in a very good location close to shops and restaurants. It's also only about a 10 minuite drive from Disney. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Overall this is a fab condo and great value for money and I would recommend it to all my family and friends and we will be sure to re book in the future.

  First thing first, I recommend this property.This property will be the place I choose if I plan another trip to Orlando metro area in the near future. I contacted Ron right after I planned my trip to Walt Disney World. I have to admit, my schedule was very strange compare to others. Ron replied and answer my question almost instantly via e-mail and he is very helpful with my inquiry. The overall environment is clean. The skin of my children is very sensitive to environment. Thankfully within the 3 days stay neither of them have problem. For family travel like our, built-in laundry equipment is such a great thing could ever happen to our trip. I myself like the decoration a lot. It makes me feel home. We all enjoy the big TV and internet convenience. (Oh, yes, our main purpose in Disney, but still need to check e-mail once for a while, right?) My wife like the convenience about the short distance to restaurants, pharmacy, supermarket and etc. This is the best stay in my whole trip!

  Wonderful condo. Anything and everything was there including some laundry detergent sheets!! Beautiful decor. Easy entry, with elevator right outside with no noise. Pretty view from balcony of Florida's foliage. Even tho we didn't go for Disney, it was very close. We went for the shopping deals and we weren't disappointed! Thanks Ron for the last minute reservation!!

  I would not hesitate to recommend this property to ANYONE! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and plan to book again, if possible. For location, this is hard to beat! It is just a stone's throw from 192, yet secluded and QUIET. We never heard any "neighbor-noise". In fact, we never even met anyone on the elevator the entire time we were there. Speaking of the elevator, this was, at first, a concern of mine....a condo on the 3rd floor? But, I soon learned that getting to the condo couldn't be easier! I loved the "no key" access to the condo -- no worries about losing a key!! We felt VERY secure in and around the condo. The pictures are exact representation of the unit. Very up-to-date appliances and furniture, and everything was CLEAN!!! My husband and I could not stop commenting on how much there is for use in the kitchen. Also, LOTS of towels, extra sheets/blankets, and so much more! The floor plan was perfect for us, as our daughter and 2-year-old granddaughter spent part of our time with us. They had their own bedroom and connecting bathroom, which gave them and us our own privacy, especially since the master bedroom and bath are at opposite ends of the condo from the 2nd bedroom and bath. I loved the soaking tub in the master bathroom! There is PLENTY of storage space for all of your things! And, there is a laundry ROOM -- with full-size washer and dryer!!! We really appreciated the LARGE flatscreen tv in the living area, and the up-to-date (flatscreen) tv's in each bedroom. We never got a chance to sit out on the balcony, but it sure looked inviting! You seriously could EASILY walk to the CVS location, and a Krispy Kreme doughnut shop is right beside the CVS. Our "landmark" to know where to turn off of 192 to get to the condo was the Macaroni Grill restaurant, which also was within walking distance. We did our grocery shopping at a BRAND NEW Publix, right at the entrance to Celebration, VERY close to the condo. It's a beautiful store!! You can be sure that any and all questions you might have will be answered by Ron, and usually within a couple of hours of your request! We were very pleased with the unit as a whole, and Ron offers a GREAT price for such a nice place! If you are interested in possibly booking his unit, don't delay making your reservation, as you can see by the availability calendar that it fills up FAST!! Once you stay here, you'll understand why!!!

  My husband, myself and my 11 year old twin daughters were totally blown away by this fantastic condo. The communication we had with Ron prior to arriving was excellant and Ron allayed all of my fears as a first time renter. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and a real home from home, it was clean, spacious and we only heard the next door neigbours once. The wireless internet was a godsend and allowed us to keep in touch with home without needing to make expensive calls. The location is brilliant too, we could walk to the many restaurants on the 192, UNO's was a particular favourite and was litterally a 5 minute walk away. 10 minutes to Disney and 15 to Sea World and Universal, what more could you ask for. Thanks Ron for halping us to have a fabulous holiday and we will be sure to recommend your condo to all our friends. Marianne & Den
