Spacious Luxury Cabin with Unbeatable Views

The Unique Benefits at this Cabin
While the Lodge does have air conditioning, for me it's all about the clear mountain air, sleeping with the windows open with the scent of the pines.
It's about getting up in the morning and seeing those views, walking through the pines with with my coffee, and greeting the deer that sleep in the hollow above the cabin. While my guests rave about the golf and the pool, I love the nearby hiking trails. The Country Club is surrounded by National Forest and the deer and elk roam free in our neighborhood. At night you can't beat the real wood fire, it never gets old for me. I'm only seven minutes from town for whatever I might need, but it's hard to tear myself away from the Lodge once I arrive.

We had a hard time finding a cabin in Flagstaff that fit our criteria for privacy, quiet, and inspiring views in the pines, yet close to town. Everywhere we looked we found properties on small lots, overlooked by neighbors and plagued by traffic noise. We didn't need a big cabin, but we ended up with this one because we just couldn't beat the location and ambiance. It's turned out to be one of the best things we've ever done. We get to stay in this incredible retreat, enjoy the Country Club amenities, and share it with the wonderful families who literally move us to tears with their appreciation for the special place we've provided. The Lodge is used by couples, often with their furry friends, but more often it's the gathering place for families who are looking for that special place to create memories. There are so many seating areas inside and out that several generations can enjoy the same space without getting on top of each other. It's a joy to read the guest book. It's a joy to share Lone Elk Lodge with our renters.
