Hi...welcome to our Green Valley, Arizona home's web page. Located in Las Campanas, this almost new (approximately 1300 square feet) two bedroom, one and three quarter bath townhome offers great Santa Rita mountain views to enjoy with your morning coffee and a starlit universe overhead at night.
Enjoy brand new furnishings and décor throughout! The large master bedroom is elegantly furnished with a king-size bed for your comfort. The armoire, with 24 inch remote controlled cable TV, is next to the huge 14 foot walk-in closet which provides plenty of storage. The master bath features his and her sinks, separated by a vanity, and a large two-seated shower.
The guest bedroom is located at the other end of the house and offers a queen-size bed, a work desk, and a walk-in closet. The main bath offers all of the standard amenities you would expect. Brand name sheets and towels are provided for your use. Next to the bath is the laundry complete with huge washer and dryer.
The bright tiled kitchen is appointed with many quality items from the cutlery to dishes, flatware and cooking utensils, making it easy for you to entertain. Your guests can be part of the action from either the padded barstools at the huge eating bar or the dining nook at the other end of the kitchen, which comfortably seats six.
The living area features localized artwork, an armoire with 27 inch remote controlled cable TV, a DVD player (with several movies in the drawer below), stereo system, comfy recliner and large sofa.
The natural buffer behind the house provides privacy and a relaxing peaceful setting which attracts various species of birds and an occasional bunny. The large covered patio with gas barbecue is great for outdoor entertaining. The one and a half car garage provides lots of storage for your car, golf clubs, bicycles, etc.
Las Campanas is a very quiet neighborhood. The recreation center and library are about three quarters of a mile away. Most everything else is just another mile or two. The area has activities for everyone. If golf is your thing, there are many good courses within minutes of the house. Canoa Ranch and Torres Blancas are highly rated for the golf and restaurants.
If you decided to visit our home, we ask that you not smoke or bring pets in consideration of our allergies. One of you must be at least 55 years old and much younger in heart. Included in the rent is local phone service and cable TV reception. Passes may be obtained to the Green Valley Recreation Centers which include pools, tennis, fitness centers and more. |
