Our town home is located in the Capistrano Section of Las Campanas and is situated in a manner where you can comfortably sit out front and enjoy your morning coffee as you take in the view of the Santa Rita Mountains by day or see the millions of stars in the milky way and beyond at night.
Step in the door and be welcomed by your surroundings. Enjoy beautiful furnishings and décor throughout! The living area of the great room features localized artwork, an armoire with 27 inch remote controlled cable TV, a DVD player (with several movies in the drawer below), stereo system, comfy recliner and large sofa. The bright tiled kitchen is appointed with matching glassware, barware, dishes and most any Kitchen gadget you’ll need. Your guests can be part of the action from either the padded barstools at the huge eating bar or the dining nook at the other end of the kitchen, which comfortably seats six plus when the dark wood table is expanded and again gives you the beautiful view of the Santa Rita Mountains while dining there.
The master bedroom is elegantly decorated featuring a comfortable king size bed, accent furniture, a 24 inch remote controlled cable TV and a huge 14 foot walk-in closet allowing plenty of storage. The master bath has his and her sinks, a sit-down vanity, and a large two-seated shower. The guest bedroom is located at the other end of the house and offers a queen-size bed, a work desk and a walk-in closet. The main bath offers all of the standard amenities you would expect. Brand name linens and fluffy towels are provided for your use along with colorful beach towels and hair dryers.
The indoor laundry area, adjacent to the main bath, has a large washer and dryer. The shelves above them are well stocked with all kinds of paper and cleaning goods for your use. Additional storage for your golf clubs, bicycles, etc. is available in the one and a half car garage.
The natural buffer behind the house provides privacy and a relaxing peaceful setting which attracts various species of birds and an occasional bunny. This extra privacy and space is one of the things our renters love. The view of the Santa Rita’s to the east and another range distantly to the north can be enjoyed while bar-b-queuing from the covered patio. Guests are never far from the action.
Las Campanas is a very quiet neighborhood. The recreation center and library are about three quarters of a mile away. Most everything else is just another mile or two further. The area has activities for everyone. Many nice golf courses are within minutes of the house. Canoa Ranch and Torres Blancas are highly rated for their golf and restaurants.
If you decided to visit our home, we ask that you not smoke or bring pets in consideration of our allergies. One of you must be at least 55 years old and much younger in heart. Included in the rent are local phone service, cable TV, and internet. Passes may be obtained to the Green Valley Recreation Centers for a nominal fee which allows use of the pools, tennis, fitness centers and other activities (at additional cost).

Las Campanas is a great area within Green Valley. I like the GVR facilities and my husband loves all the great golf courses.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
I love the mountain view visible from the front of the house and eating area inside. There is also a nice distant mountain view from the patio. Lots of privacy with the wash on one side and the great desert buffer behind the house.

Missed a 2010 visit but did make it back in 2011. The owners have made some good changes in that time. It was nice to have coffee out front in the morning. The owners installed a small patio rather than have the table and chairs on the rocks so the danger of falling is gone. The walkway lights ended short of the front door but a motion sensor light was installed so you never have to worry about getting to the door in the dark. The new garden out back will add color and additional privacy from the neighbor. The inside is still immaculately clean and I love coming here.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+.

This place truly is a Gem. What a find! So well furnished and comfortable. Everything was so clean and new. Owners show great pride of ownership. They truly have everything you will need there and more. I enjoyed my morning coffee out front as I watched the sun come over the mountains. Lots of nearby golf and many good restaurants a few minutes away. It will be harder to book as more people discover this hidden gem because it truly is...a hidden gem.
Recommended for:Age 55+.
