Our great home is in the best neighborhood in Malibu and is walking distance to the market, local shops, Starbucks and did we mention...the beach! Two picturesque tennis courts and private beach club to enjoy. The beach club has changing rooms,bathrooms and hot showers. Also there is climbing structure for young children right on the beach. There is a volleyball net and private lifeguard on duty as well. The home is a two-story house with five bedrooms ( 2 kings, 1 queen, 4 twins, a queen pullout)and five bathrooms. Parents have a master suite upstairs with walk-in closet and master bath. Down the hall are three more bedrooms and a bathroom. Downstairs has a guest room suite with its own bathroom and sitting room. (Great for a mother's helper or grandparent) Large living room with fireplace for entertaining with flat screen tv. French doors open to a large patio under big beautiful cypress trees. Backyard has oversized outdoor table to enjoy dining under the stars after a long day at the beach. Large eat-in kitchen with enough seating for 13 and additional dining room with table that expands to seat 6. Playroom filled with Toys and a large sectional sofa that pulls out to a bed. Great for your own movie night. Also included: new HOT TUB, trampoline,lacrosse goal, soccer goal, boogie boards and bikes. Best surf camp in walking distance. After you spend the day at the beach return to soak in a new 8 person hot tub.
