The late summer and fall are perfect times to vacation on Hilton Head Island. The weather is great and the kids are back in school. Lovely ocean view, right on the beach. Our consistently high occupancy is because we have a nice villa and great rates. Enjoy a relaxing time on a beautiful beach for a fantastic price! We have one of the only king sized beds in the Breakers complex. Great cycling paths and there are several beautiful golf courses nearby. Sea Pines Golf Links only 1 1/2 miles away, play where the PGA golfs.

Breakers 307, our nicely remodeled and tastefully decorated villa, is located on the quiet side of the complex with a fantastic ocean view. Great view of Tybee Island from our balcony, watch the freighters going in and out of the Port of Savannah. Be on the beach in less than 60 seconds from our front door.
Our villa is designed to accommodate a couple or small family. Maximum occupancy is 4 people.The studio style bedroom is more roomy and not cramped like typical Breaker's bedrooms, features a king sized bed. new mattress and box spring and a 26' TV. The living room has a sleeper sofa, 32'TV and home theater. We do not have hallway bunk beds. We've just recently updated our villa with new washer and dryer, new range top, microwave and grilling oven, new cabinets and granite counter tops. This is a very nice villa, our home away from home and a great place to spend time on the beach.
Bath towels and linens are provided. Bring your own beach towels. Washer and dryer in unit, not shared! There is a pool and large sundeck along with a kiddie pool and is steps away from the lovely beach. The Breakers, at 4 North Forest Beach Dr, HHI, SC 29928, is an ocean front property on the South end of the island's Coligny Beach, the most beautiful beach on the island, an ideal vacation spot.
This is a non smoking villa!
Sorry, Breakers Association rules do not permit pets of any kind in any villa or anywhere on the property.
Due to limited parking, the Association does not allow trailers on premise.
Coligny plaza is a short walk directly across the street with 60 shops and stores and offers, to name some, island shopping, movie theater, grocery store, pizza, pharmacy, restaurants, taverns, entertainment, ice cream, hardware store, liquor store, coffee shop, bakery. The Tiki Bar, an island icon, is just a few minute walk down the beach. If you so desire, you can park your car when you arrive, and not require it for the length of your stay. Forest Beach is the heart of Hilton Head Island.
Walk to bicycle rentals. I suggest Pedals Bike Rentals on Pope Ave. just a 5 minute walk from the Breakers. Biking is a great way to explore the island, whether on the beach or the paved bike paths. Historic Savannah GA. is 45 minutes away.

Take note, our villa is a 3rd floor unit and there are no elevators in the Breakers.

50% deposit required on all rentals. Remaining portion is due 30 days prior to check in.
Cancellation policy. I will refund your payment, minus $100 if you cancel before the 30 day period prior to check in. If it is within 30 days prior, I will refund only if I am able to re rent, and only for the amount that I am able to rent for.
No refunds for inclement weather of any kind!

This condo is perfect for a couple. It is just as nice as the pictures. The location is perfect. We stayed the week of Memorial Day and it was a little noisy & crowded on the weekend but once Tuesday came everything was fine. The only down side I can see is that the unit is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator so anyone that can not do stairs should not rent this unit.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

This was a great place to stay. The unit was very clean with all the comforts of home, very modern. We liked that the beach was just a few steps away, shopping just across the street, and at night, you could just sit on the deck and watch the ships go in and out of port. We stayed the second week of May and the weather was perfect. Have to visit the Frosty Frog , Steamers, and the Mellow Mushroom.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, sightseeing.

About the owner: My wife Maureen and I are both lifelong northeastern Ohio residents. We have spent most of our working time in the hospitality, restaurant, and service industry. After many years we were able to achieve our dream of one day owning our own establishment, and in 1998, with two friends, we purchased what is now The Kirtland City Tavern in Kirtland Ohio. We are locally known for outstanding quality food and have won several awards for our hamburgers, french fries and our home made desserts.

I have loved the beach and the sun ever since I was a small child, spending my summers with my uncles, aunts and cousins in the south of France. I've always wanted my own ocean retreat, and after many vacations and searching, my wife and I decided on Hilton Head Island as our favorite. The beach is well maintained and beautiful, the sunrise and sunset gorgeous, and the Island is a vacation favorite of people from all over the Northeast.
