small studio, very clean

Kirk and I really enjoyed how close we were to the beach, shopping, bus lines, restaurants... the studio is small, but adequate for two people... more than two would be too tight. The bathroom is tiny and there is no exhaust fan. The view isn't great, but we were hardly in the room anyway. The cable tv is a nice touch for the traveler and we didn't need to use the dvd player. I liked having the kitchenette, it helped keep costs down. I appreciated having the air conditioner, Hawaii gets hot during the day and our room was always a cool retreat. We enjoyed ourselves and had a great time. The parking can be a little tricky, so ask first. We had no problems or issues with the room, we were very happy with the price too!

Owner response:This private condo is great for couples. The kitchenette is also great for cooking your meals while you are here. I always tell guest to cook 1-2 of their meals to keep costs down, because meals will run up to $60 a day in Hawaii. The parking area is small and compact so users need a compact vehicle. The best thing about this place is its close to everything and even closer to the beach then you think.

We had a great time staying at Seashore Condo. Short walk to Waikiki Beach, all the major sights, restaurants, and grocery stores. Public transportation is close by. We would have no hestitation in returning to stay there. The listing and photos were right on the money. The room was very clean and well maintained. The owner kept in contact with me throughout my stay and answered any questions we had in regard to sites or activities on the Island that we were interested in.

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+.

My winter vacation stay at Seashore Condo.

I can honestly say I had a great time staying at Seashore Condo. From the front door it is only 2 minutes walk to Waikiki Beach and the heart of the vacation area. If one is even a little energetic all the major sights, restaurants, grocery stores and vacation activities can be walked to and if not, then public transportation is close by. The condo itself has all the convieniences for the indepentent vacationer, which includes every comfort of a modern home. Free phone is included to Canada and the U.S. as well as wireless internet. The description given in the ad. was accurate and the Condo was easily recognisable from the pictures included. I don't believe I had to call the owner at all during my stay as everything worked beautifully, but she called me to make sure things were fine. That was a nice gesture. I would have no hestitation in returning to stay there and in fact am considering my winter plans to do just that right now. A place like this in the heart of Waikiki is a gem and for me, my days of trying to find suitable accommodation are over.

I was in Honolulu for one month. I stayed in this studio condo. It is small, but well maintained and has everything I needed. Plus, it is about 100 steps (literally) from Waikiki beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony. TONS of shopping, dining and entertainment within walking distance. Sometimes it got a little noisy. Many tour busses drive by as well as noisy pesky pidgeons who nest on the balcony. Air conditioning works well. Kitchen is well-equipped & everything works. Bathroom is great. Nice decorations. Very kind neighbors. One parking space is available. I thought this place was EXCELLENT...but might be too crowded for 2 or 3 people. I would definitely stay here again. You definitely pay for the location but it is well worth it!

This was the best bargain on Waikiki! This cozy studio apartment has everything we needed -- a full kitchen and close to the beach. It's very clean and quiet. A great getaway.

Accommodations were perfect for our needs - a small living space that has everything to offer to make a stay comfortable - full kitchen, digital cable and phone, and in the heart of Waikiki for easy access to the world famous beach and vacation wonderland. Arrangements were easy and worthwhile!

I have stayed in the condo to make some comment for future guests. I must say the bed is quite comfy,tv reception is good, digital telephone service is great. I cooked in unit and the availability of a full refrigerator was perfect. It close to everything, so when its not booked I stay in Waikiki. I feel like a tourist there even though i live on the island. We welcome you and I know you will enjoy your stay.
