Just a few steps from Private beach access and Clubhouse with swimming pool on the Ocean. Exclusively for Gulf Highland Beach Resort residence & guests. You can enjoy your day on the beach or relax in one of 11 pool, one of which is right on the beach. The clubhouse also has a snack shop and all pools have clean restrooms for your convience.
Downstairs
Enter our townhouse from the welcoming front porch on the ground level with two designated parking spots right at the front door. You then walk into a spacious great room with a half bath, and a fully-stocked kitchen. The dining area has a large table that seats six and additional seating for four at the bar. The newly decorated living room features a loveseat, a new queen size sleeper sofa and leather recliner . There is also a large entertainment center with a cable TV/VCR/DVD.
The patio out back has a "bistro" table and chairs, charcoal grill, and bike to use free of charge (babyseat available). Next to the patio is a conveniently located laundry room with washer and dryer as well as beach chairs and toys. From the front porch, you will catch a glimpse of one of the eleven pools within our complex. You can also see one of the many tennis/shuffle board courts. You could stroll over to the putt-putt course for a free round of mini-golf anytime you wish. The fitness center is located at the putt-putt area as well. The childrens playground is just around the corner for the little tots. We have a free WIFI hotspot and conference area open to guest. There is something for everyone!
Upstairs
Upstairs you will find 2 beautifully furnished Master Bedrooms, each containing comfy King sized beds, cable TV's, bedside tables with alarm clock and spacious closets. our first master bedroom is decorated in a palmtree motif. It features an outdoor balcony with lounge chairs and a table. Perfect for reading a book or relaxing. The Second Master has a nautical decor with a TV seating area. There is also a full bath with shower/tub comb. You will also find an ample supply of linens,beach towels,hair dryer, iron with ironing board and fans.
This unit located within view of the guard house and across from one of the many tennis courts and 11 pools within the complex. Gulf Highland is centrally located within walking distance of several restaurants, a bowling alley/skating rink, and several shopping centers. Within a mile of Shipwreck Island water park, go cart rides,skating rink, bowling, zoo, Ripley's Museum, putt-putt golf (indoors when needed), Near Pier Park, Frank Brown Ball Park and 18 hole golf courses.
