Ocean Six is located on South Ocean Boulevard in Surfside Beach, South Carolina. The property is a three-story, three bedroom, two and a half bath, direct Oceanfront Townhouse. It features magnificent views from each of its three oceanfront porches which run the entire length of the unit.
The first floor has an entry hall, kitchen, dining area, family room, and half bath. Three french doors lead out to the covered porch, which has a spiral staircase leading down to a beachfront jacuzzi and deck. There is free WIFI high speed internet. There is no pool.
The second floor has two bedrooms and a shared bath. The first bedroom has a queen bed, with sliding glass doors leading out to an ocean front covered porch. The second bedroom has an oceanview from the side window, and contains two sets of bunkbeds (sleeps four).
The third floor contains a magnificent master bedroom, with a king-size bed and its own full bath. The master bedroom has three french doors which lead out to an oceanfront sundeck. The townhome allows you to rent the space and privacy of a home without the expense.

10% SC Sales and Accomodations tax and a $85.00 Unit cleaning fee is added to the rental rate. A security deposit of $300.00 and 1/2 of the rent must be received no later than 60 days before your scheduled arrival. The remaining balance of the rent must be received 14 days prior to your arrival. You may cancel your reservation up to 30 days in advance with a full refund. Should you cancel less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival, the security deposit shall be refunded, however, all rent shall be forfeited. If I am able to re-rent the property for the same time period, the rent shall be refunded.
