Year Purchased: 2004
About the owner: We have been owners since 2004. After visiting Sanibel a few times we knew this was the place we would like to retire to some day. Until that day comes we would like to share our home away from home with others. We do not rent to make a profit we rent enough to offset the expenses associated with ownership. Therefore, our condo is not over used and run down. It is well maintained so that everyone who visits will want to come back! Our condo has been renovated in September 2010 with many improvements to many to list. Please call.
