Centrally located, it is a short drive to top rated golf courses such as Skyview, World Woods (Golf Digest Top 100), and the exclusive Black Diamond. One hour from Disney World or Busch Gardens, it offers easy access to amusement and entertainment while maintaining a serene and secluded atmosphere.
This two-story townhouse has a full feature kitchen, open and roomy living room and dining area, half bath, and screened in porch on the ground level.
The living room has a convertible sofa, TV with DVD, and AM/FM/CD Stereo. From the kitchen you can look out through the Dining area, Living room and screened-in porch to the water, which is only twenty feet past the porch.
The upper level has a master bedroom with private bath, the washer and dryer, and the guest room with private bath. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV with VCR, and sliding glass doors to the upper porch which overlooks the pool, boat ramp, and lake.
The guest room has a full-size bed and a daybed with trundle which offers an additional two twin size beds. The guest room also has a TV with VCR.
