  We were lucky to have found this beach house on Seabrook Island. We had varying ages staying in the house and there was something for everyone. The house has everything many great extras...Ipod jacks to play music in the living area and deck, a lovely indoor/outdoor fireplace, tvs in every room and enough space for everyone to be togeher or find a quiet spot to read a book. The beach is very close (very private) and was spectacular at all times of the day. The pool area is walking distance from house either on the beach or on the quiet road but our preference was mostly the beach or the decks... What a great find!

  Owner response: Thanks Cris, many inquirers ask about the proximity of the beach and pool. I to prefer the deck on a cool night with the fireplace crackling, waves in the background, and my favorite Ipod songs playing through the outdoor speakers.

  While the weather didn't feel much like spring, this property didn't disappoint. As former owners ourselves on the island and now periodic renters, we feel the location of this house is ideal for walking the spectacular north beach, enjoying the sunrise, or simply taking in an ocean breeze. The 4 BR provided rooms for 2 families with 2 living areas including the upstairs which is dedicated to hanging out. The best living areas were the huge decks which unfortunately didn't get a lot use due to rain and heavy winds on several days...but we'll definitely be back for another try. Our kids enjoyed the basketball goal and foosball table provided while the adults enjoyed cooking in the large open kitchen with surround sound spring break music between workouts at the fitness center on the island. Finally, and most importantly, the owners were great to work with and made renting very easy. If its your first time to seabrook, I suggest you consider spending a little more here, and getting a lot more in return!

  This is the perfect vacation house for couples to stay in- we all had our own bathrooms and the house is so spacious! The view to the ocean was fabulous and the decks were so wonderful just to hang out and enjoy the scenery. The kitchen and dining area was very large and open to accommodate all the chefs! The neighborhood was great to ride the bikes and the golf course was in excellent condition! For anyone to be as lucky as we were to find this house on the Internet - booked it now you will not regret!

  We truly enjoyed this house! The kitchen/gathering room was my favorite for family time. And the beach was beautiful. We saw lots of wild life (not just our family)! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice.

  We just returned from a wonderful week at your beach house in Seabrook. We have been going to Seabrook for 8 years and have rented many different houses. We have never rented a home like yours. It is so well equpped, so beautifully decorated, lends itself to such a glorious time for family fun that we would love to rent from you again in 2009. We spent quality time on your wonderful porch-telling stories, laughing and enjoying one another! An excellent family vacation!

  We just got back from our week there and can't say enough about how wonderful everything was. We've been coming to Seabrook with my extended family (6 adults, 4 children, and growing!) for the last 7 years, and this is the best house we've stayed in yet! From the elevator that made bringing in the luggage so much easier, to the layout of the bedrooms, to the beautiful, open living area upstairs, to the huge back porches where we could feel the ocean breeze, and the boardwalk and easy walk to the beach- everyone loved it and said we would definately be back!   We had a great family vacation at Loggerhead Court in Seabrook Island. The house at Loggerhead Court exceeded our expectations, spacious and beautiful. Very well maintained and clean with all the amenities at Seabrook Island nearby, beach, pool and fitness center. Loved the large decks for evening relaxing and dining with the ocean in your view. Kids loved the theme rooms and the ping pong and foosball table. The owners were very accomodating and having a relative of the owner on the island to call on if you needed anything was a real plus. Great home, Great vacation. As much as we would like to keep it a secret, I would recommend Loggerhead Court and Seabrook Island to everyone. We'll be back !!

  The owners of this large beach house have included everything that you could want - even an elevator for grandparents. With one of the owners living right on the island, any requests that we had were quickly handled. There's plenty of space in the beautifully "beachy" decorated rooms and the location is very convenient to the beach and just a short walk to the clubhouse.

  This week in Seabrook exceeded all of our expectations - from the amazing accomodations to the great people, fabulous golf, beautiful beaches and awesome fishing. We had a wonderful time decompressing and enjoying time with our family. There was so much to do we feel like we didn't maximize our time at the house - so we'll have to come back next year for more! Thank you very much for helping us to make it happen. We'll tell our friends (but the 3rd and 4th week of August are ours!).
