This Great Beach house, with dramatic ocean views from two huge decks, is loaded with extras for a fun vacation including a game room, a basketball court with adjustable rim, foosball table, and a ping pong table.
All just 400 yards to the beach!
The house features: reverse floor plan for stunning ocean views, stainless steel kitchen with granite countertops, flat screen tv's, indoor/outdoor fireplace, 3 story elevator, and 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Bedding includes 2 king master-bedrooms,2 full-size beds, 2 bunk beds, and 2 queen-size pull-out couches in the living and game room.
Our guests can enjoy two championship golf courses, a tennis center, horseback riding, a fitness center, and many other amenities through our club membership. Yet, despite it's peaceful seclusion, Seabrook Island is conveniently located less than 30 minutes from all the charms of Charleston, "the South's most romantic city."
There are only a few places where the world rarely intrudes, one of them is Seabrook Island. Edged by wide, uncrowded beaches and pristine dunes along the South Carolina coast, Seabrook is a private island.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
We have been coming to Seabrook since the 1980's and really enjoy the serendity of the island and the wonderful beaches.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The views of the ocean off the top deck are so serene and comfortable in the evenings with the outdoor fireplace. The house has easy access to the beach (400 yards) as our deck is connected via a private walkway to the beach boardwalk.
Clubhouse for access to two 18 hole championship golf courses. Dining and banquet facilities.
Try your hand at a local favorite pasttime - crabbing for Blue Crabs.

My wife and I grew up in the midwest and still live in Chicago, but we LOVE the ocean. Ever since we honeymooned in Seabrook we've been going back to vacation as often as we can. As our family grew, we found Seabrook to be the perfect place to take the kids. They couldn't get enough of the ocean, bodysurfing and digging for starfish on the sandbars.

We were lucky to have found this beach house on Seabrook Island. We had varying ages staying in the house and there was something for everyone. The house has everything many great extras...Ipod jacks to play music in the living area and deck, a lovely indoor/outdoor fireplace, tvs in every room and enough space for everyone to be togeher or find a quiet spot to read a book. The beach is very close (very private) and was spectacular at all times of the day. The pool area is walking distance from house either on the beach or on the quiet road but our preference was mostly the beach or the decks... What a great find!
Owner response:Thanks Cris, many inquirers ask about the proximity of the beach and pool. I to prefer the deck on a cool night with the fireplace crackling, waves in the background, and my favorite Ipod songs playing through the outdoor speakers.

We truly enjoyed this house! The kitchen/gathering room was my favorite for family time. And the beach was beautiful. We saw lots of wild life (not just our family)! Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms very nice.

We just returned from a wonderful week at your beach house in Seabrook. We have been going to Seabrook for 8 years and have rented many different houses. We have never rented a home like yours. It is so well equpped, so beautifully decorated, lends itself to such a glorious time for family fun that we would love to rent from you again in 2009. We spent quality time on your wonderful porch-telling stories, laughing and enjoying one another! An excellent family vacation!

We just got back from our week there and can't say enough about how wonderful everything was. We've been coming to Seabrook with my extended family (6 adults, 4 children, and growing!) for the last 7 years, and this is the best house we've stayed in yet! From the elevator that made bringing in the luggage so much easier, to the layout of the bedrooms, to the beautiful, open living area upstairs, to the huge back porches where we could feel the ocean breeze, and the boardwalk and easy walk to the beach- everyone loved it and said we would definately be back! We had a great family vacation at Loggerhead Court in Seabrook Island. The house at Loggerhead Court exceeded our expectations, spacious and beautiful. Very well maintained and clean with all the amenities at Seabrook Island nearby, beach, pool and fitness center. Loved the large decks for evening relaxing and dining with the ocean in your view. Kids loved the theme rooms and the ping pong and foosball table. The owners were very accomodating and having a relative of the owner on the island to call on if you needed anything was a real plus. Great home, Great vacation. As much as we would like to keep it a secret, I would recommend Loggerhead Court and Seabrook Island to everyone. We'll be back !!

The owners of this large beach house have included everything that you could want - even an elevator for grandparents. With one of the owners living right on the island, any requests that we had were quickly handled. There's plenty of space in the beautifully "beachy" decorated rooms and the location is very convenient to the beach and just a short walk to the clubhouse.

We had a really great time at your beautiful house this week. We were even lucky enough to see a group of dolphins "strand feed" - that is when they throw themselves up on the beach to eat fish. We appreciated all of the great decorations, everything was perfect down to the last detail. It felt like home! Thank you for sharing your amazing house with us, it made this family vacation very enjoyable!
