This is truly the ideal family vacation home! You will be impressed with the tasteful Thomasville Gallery furnishings and the abundance of space in our villa. Whether you favor the beach, the swimming pool, the golf course, or shopping, our location offers convenience to it all. A short 7-10 minute walk will take you directly to the sandy white Sandestin beach. The sparkling blue Tivoli swimming pool is a few steps away, and you will be surrounded by the championship 18-hole Baytowne Golf Course. Hop on our golf cart and spin over to the Baytowne Wharf for boutique shopping or dinner at one of Sandestin’s premier restaurants.
Our professionally decorated second floor villa is luxuriously appointed with the finest in furnishings and features hardwood flooring. With soaring ceilings, the family room has plenty of cushy and comfortable seating for everyone to enjoy a movie. The gourmet custom kitchen is complete with granite countertops and all dinnerware and cookware you will need to prepare a delicious meal for your family. An elegant dining room offers seating for six, and there is additional bar seating for two. A few steps onto the outside lanai will lead you to a beautiful view of the Baytowne Golf Course, and offers an outdoor dining and seating area for you to relax.
Our master bedroom suite features a king bed with luxurious linens, a television area, and access to the outside lanai. The private bath is complete with an oversized shower and a jetted roman bathtub. A second guest bedroom suite offers a queen size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. A third guest bedroom suite features a king size bed, luxurious linens and a full bathroom. There is a spiral staircase leading to an upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) which provides a children’s den area with two twin beds and a television. Our laundry room also features a new washer and dryer.

Our family stayed here and loved it! The property is spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. It is larger than it appears in the photos. We loved the location! Close to the beach, but quiet and convenient. I highly recommend this property, and will be reserving it again for our summer vacation. The management team is easy to work with. We will be back!!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We stayed here with 7 total guest. The location is convenient to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The owners are very friendly and helpful leading up to the stay. I just want to point out a few issues/details for potential guest. In their defense, I did not approach the owners with any of these issues, I'm not quite sure what they could have done for us once we arrived so I didn't bother them. It is an UPSTAIRS unit, we were not aware of it when we arrived and we had a member of our group that has trouble climbing stairs. We re-read the listing and it does state, "Our professionally decorated second floor villa", it was an oversight on our part. The description does state, "upstairs loft (fourth guest bedroom) ..... and a full bathroom with shower", but there is no bathroom on the upstairs loft. The villa seems to be a little dated and not kept up. There are water stains on the ceiling in one of the bedrooms above the bed. Two of the bathrooms had moldy tiles in the shower/tub and it just didn't feel clean. We actually went to the store the first night and bought cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom's dirt & hair buildup. Dirt and dust buildup on the plastic flower arrangements. Might sound pity to some, but these are small things that can change the whole experience of a summer vacation and such an easy fix. There are so many places to rent in San Destin, It is a competitive market for rental property. I feel there are plenty out there that would meet my criteria.
Owner response:This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom beautifully decorated villa. All three full bathrooms are located downstairs. Earlier in the summer, water leaked into the condo causing a water stain on the ceiling of one of the bedrooms. The condo association repaired the leak and repainted the ceiling. Our bathroom tiles are all being re-grouted, although there was minimal mildew present. Our housekeeping staff did not find any build up of dust on the silk arrangements. All is fresh and clean, and our photos are current! We value the input of our guests, and it is our goal to meet your expectations.
