Our four bedroom, three bath Tivoli by The Sea villa offers an unrivaled resort getaway surrounded by manicured, landscaped grounds and overlooks the beautiful Baytowne Golf Course. Location offers exquisite views! Walking would take approximately three minutes to the beach.
This wonderful non-smoking, four bedroom/three bath villa is located on the second floor of a two story building. The villa is luxuriously appointed with Thomasville Gallery furnishings. Open custom kitchen/family room with granite countertops, hardwood floors and soaring cathedral ceilings. New washer/dryer. The wrap-around, screened lanai overlooking the golf course offers a quiet place to relax.
Designer furnished master bedroom suite/private bath with access to lanai and golf course views. The second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a third bedroom with a king size bed. Spiral staircase to a loft with two twin beds. The bedrooms offer outstanding views of the resort.
