This beautiful, luxurious ocean front 1400 sq ft condo is the perfect vacation spot if you're looking for some rest and relaxation for you and your family. We are pretty sure you have already done your homework and found out that Indian Rocks is one of the best places to spend your family vacations, so we'll highlight why you should pick our condo. We'll try to take away any worries and answer all of your questions that you might have. There is nothing worst then arriving somewhere that didn't live up to your expectations. We'll start with the outside and work ourselves in.
One of the nicest amenities that is often overlooked is the entrance and parking. Getting in and getting out to go to eat along with protection from the elements for your car is often overlooked. Our unit offers a covered parking garage for your vehicle along with ample guest parking. You don't have to drive around a huge parking lot or get in and out of a hot car that has been baking in the sun all day.
The stairs to the condo is literally right around the corner or you can take the elevator. The condo is on the second floor so getting up and down when you arrive or if you're bringing in groceries is really easy.
The first thing you will notice that is different then the other condo's in the area is the size. There are only 16 units. (REMEMBER TO CHECK THIS WHEN COMPARING OTHER PLACES) This gives you the feeling that you're arriving to a private beach home. There's nothing worst then arriving into a crowded noisy condo that is shared by hundreds of other vacationing guests, and it takes you 30 minutes just to park and get to your condo that is located on the 28th floor. Sometimes the noise and crowds can get overwhelming and can definitely ruin your vacation. Think of it this way, if it was just you and your family, wouldn't you want to have Disney World all to yourself. Where you don't have to wait in line to get on the rides or would you prefer to go when it's shoulder to shoulder and there is a hour wait to get on any ride. Think of our place as the "VIP Beach Speed Pass".
We have a beautiful (heated) pool and hot tub that is meticulously cleaned and cared for. Again, you're not going to be swimming in a pool that hundreds of other vacationers have used, and their friends have used and their kids friends have used... (you get the picture).
There are only 12 units that actually face the ocean and the pool and ours is one of them. A lot of our guests absolutely love the position of the condo in relation to the pool area and I will tell you why. You can literally sit on the balcony and watch your kids enjoy the pool area from the comfort of your condo. It's also easy to pass towels, snacks, drinks etc down instead of hiking back to the condo. Can you imagine if you were at one of those giant condo's and it took you 10 minutes to take the elevator down and walk to the pool only to find out you forgot the sunscreen.
From the pool area, the sugar sandy beach is directly in front of you. (We face the GULF not the Intercoastal). This is another huge benefit of our condo compared to others. You don't have to walk across a giant concrete pool deck only to find out you have to walk around to get to the beach (a lot of condo units that even face the Gulf are set very far from the water, be sure to check on this when searching). Our beautifully decorated new unit has modern appliances, granite counter tops and leather couches which pulls out to a Queen size sleeper.
In the master bedroom you might just oversleep many mornings when you discover the comfort of our $3,000 king size memory foam mattress. The master bedroom is fully furnished and has a TV.
The second bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has granite counter tops and new appliances. It's also furnished with all of the cooking utensils that you will need during your stay.
We have board games and basic cable for both of the TV's (One in the living and one in the master)

Why the Owner Chose Indian Rocks Beach
We chose to buy a vacation rental in Indian Rocks beach because it is an hour from our home so we can enjoy it when it is not rented, and we are able to maintain it personally. It is right on the beach and and it is so soothing and relaxing sitting on the porch, or in the living area, hearing the waves! There is a triple glass door, with a wide view of the sparkling beach, along with the sea grass and palm trees! The walk on the beach is my favorite, with many private homes, and the beautiful sand and waves. The pool and jacuzzi are beautifully clean and ample. The king-size mattress in the master bedroom is luxurious Memory Foam, and insures a wonderful night's sleep. It is a smaller complex, with only 16 units, making it more private and intimate. The area is very quaint and "beachy" with many unique and excellent restaurants and shops. We are within an hour and 15 minutes of many Florida attractions including Disney World, Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and more.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
One of the main overlooked benefits of our property other then what we already wrote on our listing is that we actually live in Tampa and if anything was to go wrong we could literally be there in 30 minutes to take care of anything that you might need.
