1st level:
--Deck along the entire back of house overlooking the lake, with gas grill and a screened in porch area.
--Open kitchen and eating area with all appliances.
--Living room has large 56-inch screen TV with DVR, DVD player, and high vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling windows to view the lake.
--Master bedroom has king-sized bed, jacuzzi tub, walkout private deck, TV, stereo system controls for entire house, a full-sized futon, and crib.

Lower level:
--Three bedrooms/two full baths; one king bed, two full size beds, and two twins beds.
--Large game room with pool table, ping pong table, poker table, and darts.

Outside:
--Nice level backyard grassy area. Private from neighbors. We have often used it for kids to run around, or set up a baby pool for little ones, volleyball, and horseshoes.
--Gravel walkway winds down to the lake.
--Large dock to lay out on, set up lawn chairs, or dive right in. Plenty of Sun and shade.
--Cove is quiet, and docks are well spread out.

ACC Football Fans: This home is about 15 minutes to Clemson University & Death Valley Stadium. We were booked every weekend for the '07 & "08 Seasons, so reserve your game day now!

  • Our family fell in love with this beautiful, spacious home. We spent all of our days on the wonderful dock while enjoying swimming, skiing, boating, and fishing. Our evenings were occupied with playing pool, games, grilling, and enjoying the deck and screened porch. So much to do, so little time! We plan to return next summer and can hardly wait!

  • This was a perfect house for our large family. Each year we rent a home in the area for a family get-together, Clemson tailgate weekend, and this was our best choice yet. It was so spacious, comfortable, and fun. Best of all, it was stocked with things for the children (ping pong, crib, train table, cards). We will definitely reserve again next year.

  • Perfect house, perfect vacation, perfect lake! Loved our vacation at this house. LOTS of sleeping space, big kitchen, game room, right on the lake, very clean. Fantastic for large or small groups. Babies to Great-Grandparents loved it!
